We stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 bed apartment with a bath. It was a 2 storey apartment and they put baby gates at the top and bottom as we were there with our 2.5yr old. They also arranged for a guard for the bed to stop our son falling out as he's too big for a travel cot so that

There are 3 styles of Fraser Island tours and these can be done on a day excursion - safest to do and covers all costs and you don't need to drive or hire a 4WD. 1 – “Our Most Popular” day trip medium 4WD and lunch at Lake McKenzie $180 adult and $115 child 1-14yrs 2 – “Eli Creek Maheno Shipwreck” day trip medium 4WD and “Aussie style” sizzling bush barbecue lunch at the Lake McKenzie and weather permitting also visiting Lake Birrabeen $190 adult $135 child 1-14 yrs 3 – “Fraser In A Day” day trip small 4WD in convoy with warps for lunch at Lake Mackenzie $185 Adult and $130 child 1-14 years Lake Birrabeen is a smaller lake but just as beautiful as Lake McKenzie and not as far to get to on Fraser Island . The tours are a full day departing in time to catch the low tide so the travel to the island is along the sandy beach line to see Coloured Sands along the way. The fee cover barge costs and licenses and permits required to drive on the Island as it is heritage listed, and also include lunch and morning /afternoon tea. As well, driving in sand dunes can be tiring and so you can doze off while the driver tackles the sand dunes! All in all a beautiful trip driving up the beach. We can book you when you are in house or email us and we can provide the tour webs as these are not allowed to be posted on trip advisor, Bula, Cathy

Is there a kids pool or shallow section for toddlers to stand up in?
Dear Ms DizzeDe, Thank you for your enquiry. We have 3 swimming pools : Lagoon Pool, Heated Pool and Cockleshell Pool. They are all available to use by all guests. The lagoon pool has a shallow end and is best for little ones. Bula, Lesley

Dear Sheree, our resort has villas that are wheelchair accessible however we do not class then as villas for disability as they are not built t modern requirements. There is only one bathroom and the shower is walkin but would not sustain a large wheelchair, I am sorry. Bula Cathy

Dear Guest, yes definitely. A 2 bedroom villa is 2 bedrooms and separate lunge and has a dining room as well. Fully self contained kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner in lounge and TV in Lounge and Bedroom with Foxtel available on both TVs. If we can help call 1300 656 888 to ask or book. Bula Cathy.

Thanks for your enquiry. Lots of guests request this area as its quieter and private. Our villas around the heated pool or behind our tennis courts are great villas. Some have private courtyards and some face north into the sun. We look forward to booking your stay. Bula Cathy
