This was our first family trip since the whole COVID isolation broke. It ended up being the Ekka holiday weekend, although I booked prior to it being reallocated as a holiday. Dani was very easy to deal with and replied to my emails. The apartment was super clean and I felt reassured by the rules in place due to COVID being made clear prior to and on arrival. Nothing was over the top just precautions you’d expect. The apartment was two bedroom and two bathrooms. It was well equipped and had a nice fridge freezer, kettle etc. the toaster was my only moan it barley toasted anything and had clearly seen better days and needed a clean too! There was a fabulous dining table and outside chairs on the balcony that overlooked the gardens. We used the pool and spa which were very nice a clean. I suspect in full holiday mode the pool may get a bit crowded. The location is great with a fish an chip shop immediately outside the front of the apartments, bar and coffee shop round the corner. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Noosaville. Probably the best place we have stayed in Noosaville and we visit regularly. The place we usually use wasn’t taking bookings when I was looking which is why we tried Offshore. I hope to book to stay again. Very nice. You may find the location of the road noisy if that is a problem book a garden view room. That said the roadside rooms will give you a view of the river. Great value for money.

My girlfriends and I came to Noosa to participate in the first ever Noosa Ultra Trail event. We wanted accommodation that was not only spacious and self contained but that was also reasonably priced and close to the event. Offshore Noosa Resort suited all of our needs. Our apartment was just perfect. It was spacious, clean and well kitted out. It was also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The view of the river from our balcony just added to the overall ambiance of the place.

We stayed at Offshore Noosa Resort for a beautiful 10 day stay. This was our 3rd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Dani was great from the minute I called her. She even organised to have a hire car during our stay, she gave us tips on a whole heap of places to visit in and around Noosa. The resort is in the most gorgeous location across the road from the river. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants . The weather was superb even though it rained our last 2 days. Stayed in a riverview 3 bedroom apartment. Aircon is only in main bedroom with 2 other rooms having fans with what seems like 1 speed-super quick. No blankets or doonas on bed so if you get cold there are dust filled ones in the cupboards. Would get a top floor room next time as you can hear every little movement from above and occasional fish & chip smell that might be less strong up higher. Road noise wasn't an issue for us however the birds don't stop this time of year without aircon it can be hot with the windows closed. The hotel grounds are that well lit that it felt like predawn all night from the light coming in so if you're a light sleeper pack ear plugs & eye mask. 1 secure carpark per unit however street parking is available with no fees or time restrictions.No room to park a boat (we were told there is a spot that was already taken but looking at it you might fit a tiny tinny that's all) except on the street.
Mozzies were bad so pack spray/coils etc.
Managers were lovely to deal with however and you are close to everything Noosa River can offer.
Rooms are a good size with plenty of glasses etc. Would be good to have kitchen hand soap. 2nd bathroom is bath/shower combo, I'm about 160cm tall & had to duck down to get under the shower head.
Pool area well maintained. Very limited coffee/tea facilities but cafes in walking distance. Good size fridge but cold water not plugged into wall.
Overall good stay, good value for money but few little things make the difference between returning or trying somewhere new next time.

We celebrated Part I of our honeymoon at Noosa and Offshore Noosa Resort was a delightful accommodation of choice! Our 2BR apartment with 2 baths was huge and very clean. We also had a spacious balcony facing the pool, jacuzzi and sauna room. Everything in the resort was clean and the staff crew were extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and Sue blessed us with a late check-out (upon request) so we are very thankful.

We loved this place and would stay again. Management were friendly, it's in a great location central to many restaurants and across the road from the river, and it presents really nicely. Loved the little touch of chill music when we arrived in the room, much more welcoming than silence! The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 is there were some minor maintenance issues throughout the room but we made someone aware which were apparently going to be resolved. There was definitely wear showing in the room, but overall it was comfortable and we'll be back.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort for two nights, three days whilst enjoying our anniversary.
We stayed in apartment 14 located on the first floor overlooking the river. Perfect setting. The property is a studio style apartment, with all the amenities. We ate out the whole time, however if you wanted to cook the kitchen is fully functional you won't want for anything.
Checking in was a breeze as was the directions to the car space and room.
We will definitely stay at this property again however will book for longer as we didn't get to enjoy everything the resort and the area had to offer.

We stayed here for a week in January in Apt 26. Lovely unit with the best views of the Noosa River. Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(newly renovated) and I'm sure the biggest balcony here. There are 2 pools and a spa the kids loved playing in. Even tho you are on the road there is very little noise. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Everyone loved the nice walks along the river. Very relaxing.

Excellent holiday accommodation in a perfect location. We requested a ground floor unit which we have stayed in for 5 nights. The units are clean and very comfortable and very close to many restaurants in Noosaville as well as views of the river. Although we didn’t use the pool it looks lovely. The garden areas in the apartments are well tended and enhance the appearance of the apartments. The staff are friendly. A little bit of noise from restaurant bar next door. Didn’t really bother us but if you require a quieter unit the apartments on the side street rather than facing the river may be more suitable for you. I would definitely stay here again and probably will when visiting Noosa again. Overall an enjoyable stay.
