Beautiful venue and location, close to the lake, restaurants and shops. Good venue for family holidays. It has a nice swimming pool and three hot spas. It provides undercover parking. The venue provides a starter kit for washing liquid and hand soap. Must take your own body soap, shampoo, conditioner and beach towel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a week recently and we’re not disappointed. Check in was fast and smooth. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment overlooking the southern swimming pool at front and tennis court at rear. Parking was close by undercover adjacent to the tennis court. The apartment was a lovely 2 bed with lounger/diner and kitchen downstairs, plus a bathroom with shower & utilities (washer/dryer) table & chairs outside (front pool side) with the 2 bedrooms upstairs plus bathroom. It was clean and tidy and well equipped, some furnishings/fittings a little dated but all in good working order. Kitchen was well equipped with fridge/freezer, fridge oven, microwave, toaster, kettle plus all the utensils, cooking salt & crockery you’d need, although could have done with more than 1 frying pan. Upstairs also had a small balcony with table & chairs which was great for evenings. The little pool was great for our son and there was also a hot tub to use along with outdoor BBQs. The pool, hot tub & BBQ is shared with the other units around the pool (6 in total) but there are 2 other pools and hot tubs that can also be used if busy etc. It was a little noisy from the road and birds early morning as windows are only thin single glazed due to the warm weather. Each room had a/c or a ceiling fan too which was great. Really good location, 5 min walk to the river & big Pelican, which are great all day/eve. Woolworths is close by for your groceries. The main town is probably a bit far to walk so you need to drive or get a bus. Tennis eqpt supplied to borrow which was also great. Overall, very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. This was a great choice for us as a family group. Convenient to all that Noosaville has, parking on site (although we had issues with people jumping in our space), nice amenities and well furnished apartment. The BBQ on site is kept clean and the pool and spa are nice. Although it says pool is in use all year round it was a tad too cool during our stay. My son in law doubted that it is heated as advertised, which is disappointing. We enjoyed our stay. We booked through booking.com and were advised on arrival that booking direct is cheaper. I had checked it out before I booked and in fact the advertised price on their own web site was about $100.00 more, I always check and will often phone hotels to see if they will move their price to match booking.com. I do get a genius discount on some properties and this was one of them so perhaps that is why there was such a difference. Given it was quite a large saving I didn’t check out by calling the hotel. My advice is call the hotel, I will in future because I’d rather ensure they have the booking direct when possible.…

Nice resort, friendly staff, warm pools, jacuzzi and sauna. Only issue booked through Booking.com and unit was not the nicest, rusty white goods, in need of freshening up paintwork desperately needs doing, but leather suite needs replacing urgently. Resort was unable to offer alternative accommodation because of how we booked. Their advice book through them which in hindsight wish we had.

Our favourite place. The townhouses are our little home away from home. Clean and modern with everything you need. The new owners/managers are so friendly. Gorgeous property. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful venue - peaceful stay with plenty of room to relax in the scenery of the resort - river, cafes and shops all within 5 min walk. Close enough to be right on top of everything but far enough away to not be bothered. The rooms are spacious without being on top of each other like resorts around this area

What a joke this place is! Kids coming and going from the pool area letting the gates slam.. groups taking chairs from other units and don’t even ask! Kids running amuck after dark while the parents drink! Flashing Christmas Lights on a balcony that are intrusive through my bedroom window! People on their balcony drinking and talking loudly to the point you think they are sitting on the end of the bed. Then the Manager said there was a complaint about music… REALLY… my TV IS LOUDER.. Kids on skateboards, bouncing a netball over and over until you think you are going to go insane.. if you want a quiet holiday this is not the place to go to.. the manageress is borderline rude

Great Place to stay. lovely clean resort with 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. The apartment was large and clean, it is self catering but the supermarket is only a 10 min walk away for supplies. The hosts were easily accessible, friendly and polite with lots of local knowledge. The resort is only a short walk to the riverside with plenty of eateries and bars along Gympie Terrace and if you want more then it is a quick ferry ride into Hasting Street. We had a 3 bedroomed unit that would easily fit a family of 6 or 2 couples, the only negative really was that the bed was really hard, this was fine for a few days but my back did start to ache towards the end of the week.

Our townhouse was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was in a lovely position by the heated pool and had a front door that led directly onto Robert Street. The resort is in a perfect position for the ferry, cafes and restaurants and only a short walk to Woolworths. The hosts are really friendly and helpful and we would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Noosaville and surrounds.
