The hotel is one block from the beach, and a short distance from the shopping area. We were very comfortable here for three days. The breakfast is good, with a large selection of local foods - very fresh. The dinner was also generous. The rooms are a bit older, but clean. The service was very good, friendly and helpful. Wifi...

This hotel is a nightmare .We stayed there for two nights and it was the worst experience in my life. It is very dirty, our bathroom was not cleaned after the previous roomers, we had a period with no water, the cable of hair-drier was torn and it was freely hanging in the bathroom - you may say whether it...

We needed a place to stay in Ayvalik and seeing it was the low season we could not find too many hotels that were open, and that could be booked online. An important point to note - this hotel claims to be Ayvalik on trivago.com but is in fact in Sarimsakli, 7km out of Ayvalik. Sarimsakli is a derelict, run-down...

We have visited Kalif 4 years ago in September. This year we have spent there 11 nights/HB which we payed 280€ and once again we had great time there. Hotel is in quiet street, it has own beach only 100m far. Our room was at 5th floor so we had great view. Room was cleaned every day: clean towels, new...

I've spent there only one night but I liked this hotel very much. It's very close to the Aegean sea. Ayvalik was empty, but I was told that it's too early for touristes. I liked my room very much. Good view to the inside pool and on the city roofs. My room was executed in white tones with gold. Unfortunately,...

This hotel is actually quite a way out of Ayvalik; you will need a car to get there. The hotel receptionist was really nice and gave clear directions to the hotel which was hard to find. The hotel's pool is too small for the size of the hotel, however the hotel is near a beach. The bedroom was really small...

The pictures on the website were NOT of this hotel. It took us over an hour to find it, and when we finally did we wished we hadn't bothered. The toilet in our room didn't work, the elevator was downright scary, there were hundreds of flies all over the hotel, the neighborhood didn't seem safe at night, and the room...

“Check your room first, check the A/C unit works without noise. Don't travel here in the low season!”
  • View from our room .. good area this one
  • Random cables coming out of the wall, walls grimy
  • Paper-thin door provided little sound isolation
  • This TV should be in a museum. Not sure if it worked or not.
  • Hair on the bathroom wall. Nice.
  • The reason our bathroom was so cold - a gap between the window and frame.

“Our room had twin beds instead of a double we let the man on reception know and he changed it straight away. Make sure that you are not near the elevator as this is really loud!”
