At first sight the hotel seems very nice, but you can quite soon see it's no 4 star hotel. The garden was nice and the rooms were quite spacious. The rooms on the bottom floor smelt like mold. The internet wasn't included in the price, neither was the a/c. I'm glad we didn't have an all-inclusive, since the breakfast was...

Family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) who have spent the last number of years going to 5* all inclusive hotels in Greece and Spain. Booked this hotel based on other reviews and because we went during the school holidays still paid a fortune for it, so expections were high. Arrived Saturday evening and on arriving at the room, we...

Large rooms with all facilities and the staff were wonderful. Close to the beach, but you have to cross a main road. Very good breakfast. Possibility for all inclusive, but we didn't have that. Lunch buffet were nice. A resort to be recommended.

I visited this resort recently and I must say that this is definitely not 4* resort. The food was absolutely horrible. On the poorly looking welcome letter it says that there is a kid corner every evening with pizza, burgers etc. Forget it! It is only available on Saturdays! If your kids are quite difficult with food then they will be...

My family and other 5 families have stayed two weeks in a really very wide and comfortable studio. With kitchenette. I have always had breakfast in the restaurant and plenty of good quality. The whole complex is very well maintained. With beautiful gardens, two swimming pools and two bars. The main bar is open late at night. The reception is...

I would have given this hotel only 2 stars due to the crowding (of which more later), but it did have some really good points which lifted my rating. First on the good points, the whole site is beautifully well-kept and absolutely spotless (quite an achievement given how many people are there) and our room was well-cleaned every day (it...

Management response:

Hey Barry, Thanks for your comments and for your feedback. As you said, weather in some days of July was not too kind with us this year, which made the pools a bit more crowded and harder to manage and as you kindly mentioned we're trying our best in order to offer our guests a pleasant stay. As for the...
