A hotel for those looking for great food, nature, service and locally-arranged experiences away from the big cities of Vietnam. Exceptional experience and would highly recommend given the price point despite a few snafus here and there. Transportation from Da Nang was easily arranged, affordable for a private car or free for the shuttle. Even the lowest room category villas are huge and have tons of amenities. I loved the patio with the day bed, comfy beds, soaking tub and silence and darkness at night! Wi-fi is iffy on the patio, but great in the room. Staff was incredible!! Almost every staff member greeted you on sight and provided a personalized experience. The check-in staff and manager made sure to go through how everything worked, what was complimentary or not, what you had already booked, dining/activity options, etc. The villa host was exceptional and checked in each morning with me on how and was and what I wanted to book. Every request was addressed promptly and costs clearly explained. Huge breakfast spread and staff went above and beyond with having the chef create special dishes for my vegetarian diet like a veg pho and stir-fry noodle dish. Saffron was also a highlight and the staff made sure I had a stand-out experience by moving me to a better table, giving me extra tastings, etc. The bar was also excellent for Vietnamese food. I also ordered room service. Service was slow (a little more than the 40 minutes they promised) and despite the staff member on the phone and the deliverer confirming my sandwich had no pork, it did. Luckily, could easily remove. Housekeeping was great and the turndown service that left small extra surprises a highlight. Did forget to give me creamer one day. There was also a strange experience with my request from the bath menu. I ordered a set-up of having my bath drawn, glass of wine, chocolates. I got a romantic rose-petal bath/bed set-up, fruit skewers and a cocktail instead (which was not anywhere as an experience in the menu) so quite disappointing. Bath was also lukewarm and staff member pushy after about getting a review of the set-up they did before they would leave (this also happened at the cocktail class where a review was requested right after, but not in as such a pushy way). Tons to do on and off property. Loved the beach (yes it has lots of shells and trash but that didn't bother me) and the pool. Pool service staff member was prompt with bringing water, etc. but lukewarm/disappeared and would be nice if they brought menus from the nearby restaurants so you could order from your lounger. On-site activities were awesome including a yoga class and cocktail class, as well as the spa. Highly recommend them all. Off-site tours were the highlight of my whole experience!! The tour guide/driver was incredible and I was able to visit Hue, Hanoi and the Marble Mountains during my stay. So relaxing to have all transportation, guide, admission fees, lunch, etc. covered so you can enjoy the places. Would recommended at least 4 nights to get the true experience.…

The Banyan Tree Lang Co resort has become my benchmark for resort experiences. We stayed in a hilltop villa and to say the views are breathtaking is an understatement. However the experience only begins there. Our villa host Tuan was amazing and attended to our every need with a smile and an inviting attitude - he elevated the experience above and beyond! The villas and accommodations are also modern, luxurious, very well maintained and the pools are beautifully designed and very clean. The food was very good, with the standouts being Saffron restaurant as well as the Water Court breakfast - where Nho and the restaurant team were very attentive daily and offered to cook Vietnamese specialties above and beyond the items offered during the breakfast buffet. The team has been very enthusiastic about ensuring we are presented the best of Vietnamese cuisine - from the variety of coffee styles, to Banh Mi, Banh Xeo, and many more that are not standard fare. Had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co for 2 nights with my husband. Staffs are really friendly and helpful, Tuan ( our Villa Host) is extremely attentive, who understands our needs and ensure we are being taking good care of always. Myself is not a yogi, but I’ve found the daily yoga season deeply enjoyable, as the studio is connected to the nature. The teacher guided us through each pose based on our individual level. Dinner at Saffron (their Thai restaurant) is a must. The food is really delicious and very nicely presented. The chef even came out to speak to us at the end of the dinner which is a very nice touch. Overall, this is a very beautiful resort, where the staff has paid a lot of attention to details, to ensure all of their guests would have an amazing stay with beautiful memories. The service is so great, we love it here, everyone is very friendly and helps us, we stayed at the lagoon then, moved to the villa on the hill the next day, we really like this view, it's so beautiful , the restaurants serve very delicious dishes, the rooms are clean, the decoration is very artistic and I also really thank Ngoc from the reception for assisting us while we were here.

AMAZING receptionist Ngocc ! So kind and helpful would of loved to stay longer too.Its fun and welcoming even weather wasn't good. Its comfy , clean ,cool , relaxing. Especially Thai food so yummy and our waitress there Nga and chef Siva .Our favorite place we stayed in and will be back soon !!

Our stay at Banyan Tree in Lang Co was truly exceptional, and it owes much of its charm to the outstanding service provided by our villa hosts, Bich and Tuyen. We had the most AMAZING time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. Our beach pool villa was incredible. The pool has a great size for swimming and the jacuzzi is heated. And you are just a short walk from the beach and you have a beautiful view of the beach from the comfort of the Villa. While we were there we enjoyed a deep tissue couples massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had - the masseuse totally made the bump at the back of my neck disappear. I am just in awe of her technique! We also enjoyed dinner twice at the Saffron Restaurant, which has some of the best Thai food we ever had. The chef comes to greet her guests personally and the staff is just wonderful. And this is true for the overall experience here - the staff was so professional, friendly and thoughtful. We even received little gifts every evening and there is also a complimentary snack brought to you in the afternoon. The Watercourt Restaurant where breakfast is served is also very, very good and the staff will prepare delicious dishes for you on demand and also cut fresh fruit for you! Unfortunately, I do not have all the names of the incredible staff we met, but a big THANK YOU to Mi, Ngan, Hai and the manager Dao. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully be able to come back soon ❤️…
