Very good place. The swimming pools are open 24 hours, which makes it easier to have time alone or in a couple. Everyone is very friendly and the food is tasty. The rooms are not very spacious. The three days package was quite expensive. Also, in the beginning, was not very clear which activities were included. In general, we recommend the hotel! We are heard that sometimes they do very good promotions.

The hotel staff were able to cancel my trip without charging due to new covid restrictions. We are very grateful and look forward to visiting the hotel soon. They were also very helpful in planning things to do during our stay.

All the hotel's facilities are awesome, and its easy to forget you're in a 4 star hotel, as everything seems to be taken care of. The staff is restless and incredibly nice. We left feeling like the stay was cheap. The restaurant's food is great and the spa's pool are an experience in itself. Just go to the outdoor pool to remember that the hotel's location is perfect. A must stay.

This is a gorgeous hotel. After being disappointed from staying down the road in a highly rated hotel, we came here with little expectations. The staff are so friendly, the food is AMAZING and the rooms and common areas are gorgeous. The gym, spa and pools are so worth the visit, really clean and relaxing. The breakfast was really good, the only fault I could give is that I ordered the pancakes for breakfast and they were too small! 100% recommend

We arrived in the Furnas valley and were overwhelmed how "Jurassic Park" the landscape was. Our arrival on Halloween meant that the hotel had made some effort to reflect this - including in the restaurant menu - wish you had left the normal menu on too. The room was a good size although we got a glimpse of the main room, which is located above the main entrance and has a free-standing bath and wish we had booked that one. The spa facilities were good - the thermal pools clad in the dark mosaic tile quite atmospheric and open late in case you want to go for a late dip. Massages were good but they were unable to accommodate my partner and I having a treatment at the same time. Breakfast options could have had more variety as could dinner. Overall, happy with our stay and the location.

We will be staying in October. Does the spa run any specials or packages and if so, how do we find out about them?
Answer from Fabio
Aug. 2019 |
Yes they do. Few days before check-in the hotel will be reaching out with further information, including a spa brochure detailing all packages. If you need it you can already write to them and ask for the brochure. Hope it helps.

The pools were open in March, so I assume they will be open in September. Enjoy!

I agree with everything that has been said. You should definitely try and book a spa treatment before you go, they are amazing!
