Huge beautiful room, awesome breakfast, coffee great, lovely fruit, homemade rolls, jam, croissants but 3 to 4 kms out of town so not great for Rota Vicentina walkers they will do dinner but need to give notice.

We've been to this rural B&B twice, in early June 2015 and later in August 2016. I would personally recommend avoiding the peak season of July and August if you can since we enjoyed the beautiful surrounding area much better in June: quieter atmosphere, easy parking near all the beaches at all times, restaurants and supermarkets not packed... Luckily we...

Nice, relaxing place. Rooms clean & comfortabe (if rather basic and dated). Food was a little bit underwhelming, and the remote location really only suited to car owners/cyclists. But Odeceixe & beach made it all worthwhile however.

We stayed for 5 nights in late June 2016 and cannot praise this small hotel highly enough. The rooms are large, bathroom modern and the rooms are all set in lovely grounds with the most lovely swimming pool adjoining a lake with waterlilies and frogs. the whole impression is of a tranquil oasis. It is also utterly quiet and peaceful...

Staid one night in this good hotel. I liked everything about it, clean, quite, nice pool and breakfast not far away from beach. Comfortable bed. I wish I would stay longer. Strongly recommend. Best part it is not so expensive.

I booked a group of rooms for a celebration and we stayed two nights. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the kind hospitality of Jose and his wife made our stay a lovely one. We liked the old dogs and friendly cats, too, and the pleasant dining and sitting areas. A 15 minute walk to the Rota Vicentina,...

I stayed in suite 2. It had a view over the garden (as opposed to over the pool) but was very quiet. The suite had a refrigerator and tea-making facilities. Casa Vicentina is a traditional blue-and-white building in beautiful surrounds, including an eco-pool. Free bikes are available to reach Odeceixe beach (about 4km) and the town (about 3km). The owner...

I fail to understand the lack of interesting places to stay in southern Portugal and I can't emphasize enough how nice this place is. For portugal standards it's expensive, but worth it. The rooms are nicely decorated albeit not pretentious. The surroundings are neat, peaceful and calm. The swimming pool beautifully located within a pond. The only few remarks (although...

Try to arrive rather early to enjoy the garden and have a dip in the pool of this nice and quiet rural place. We stayed here for one night only at the start of hiking Rota Vicentina but it was definitely worth a longer stay... The food was simple but reasonable.

We had a one night stay here. The rooms are quite spacious and all have a small private terrace overlooking the lovely Eco pool and gardens. They seemed a little dark on the day we arrived, probably because of the overcast skies after a big storm, but this would probably be welcome on a hot sunny day. Our evening meal...
