Arrived in the afternoon, full sun, very hot. Two young teenage girls welcomed us, and guided us to our room which, alas was on the 4th floor, 42 steps up. Was hoping for somebody able to help us carry our luggage, but there wasn't anybody around other than two young and not very strong looking young girls, eager to do... More

We stayed for 3 nights at Elixirion. The guesthouse is very close to the sea and has a traditional feel to it. I particularly liked the breakfast (different every day) and the warmth of our hostess and her family. I strongly recommend the guesthouse: it is clean, carefully decorated and the services are excellent. Plus, I loved waking up to... More

For us, Elixirion is not just a wonderful place to stay, but a way of life – warm hospitality, kindness and generosity that offers serenity, comfort and relaxation. It makes you feel as if you’re living in your own stone house - so grand is the room and so great the view of the sea from your expansive terrace. That... More

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed ofcourse the cocomat beds, the beautiful views and the great hospitality! The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The breakfast all homemade and copious. We ordered dinner four times and that was excellent, all taken care for so nicely. We took a can of olive oil from own produce. The place is very remote and... More

We have coming to Elixiron year after year, and now that we live full time in Greece, many times over the course of one year. The hosts, Maria and Dimitris, understand genuine warm hospitality, and know the Mani so well, one of the wonders of Greece in both wild natural beauty and unique history. Mari is talented artist, and many... More

The location, the rooms, the warm welcome, the home prepared breakfast with the local products from their own farm, the views from the baconies, the local people, the easy access to many interesting sight seeing spots, it all was there! I had a wonderful holiday in this bay and Maria and her family made us feel at home!

Me and my wife have just returned from our vacations to beautiful and unique Mani. The hotel was a lovely cosy warm hotel with great relaxiing view. Maria, the hostess, provided to us a great and warm hospitality. Every morning she welcomed us with her delicious homemade traditional breakfast. As most writers comment, it is Maria herself who wins you over at Guesthouse Elixirion. She is a warm and energetic host. She was happy to map out suggested itineraries for her guests each day. The breakfasts are ample, with a lot of variety using some of their farm's own products, and they urge you to take some for "later... More

We travelled as a family and spent our Easter vacations in this great B&B. The most important thing was the hospitality the hostess provided which was beyond all expectations. The room was comfortable, well decorated and with an incredible view. The breakfast was simple but tradiotional and well made. The soundproofing of the rooms could be better. Overall,I strongly recommend... More
