Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (3 days), we really enjoyed our time there, the staff was very kind and helpful and made our stay even better. The food was delicious and there is absolutely nothing to complain about, the breakfast was well balanced and (from an European perspective) nothing was missing. The stay includes... More

Very traditional Swiss common areas. Food good but the dining room was out of a sit com. Great staff but old fashioned ambiance. Bed room smart, modern and clean. Set in beautiful old town. We were passing through and not using the spa, which people told us was good.

Out of curiosity I asked the lady at the reception when was the first time we visited the Fravi. She consulted her computer and it turned out to be in 2006; including this year's visit that means we have been quests here on eight separate occasions, mostly in Winter, and a couple of times in Spring too. Visiting the Fravi... More

Stopped by here as I checked out Magic Wood for some bouldering (which is very close, 10 mins away). Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Gives access to the nearby mineral bath and sauna which was super relaxing. The restaurant attached is also awesome. Got the pre fix menu because I had no idea what the food was. A waiter... More

this is a nice hotel in the common areas with basic and not too bigrooms, with austere decoration, safety box, tv with local channels and not much more. very clean, but smelling of hospital disinfectant. continental breakfast included with the room price was average: some cold meats, 3 minute boiled eggs, soe bread, juices and fruits plus a variety of... We were fortunate enough to spend a night here whilst doing a two day trip into the Alps from Milan as part of a 5 week trip mainly focused on Italy. We arrived without a booking at about 8pm and received a warm welcome from Mario on the front desk. He went out of his way to find rooms suitable... More

This is the 4th or 5th time I stay at the hotel, which is joint with the Mineral baths, 2 pools both inside and outside. My husband has been going there for the past 10 years and says he has found the standard has remained very high. The hotel is 3 star, but oculd just as easily be 5 star.... More
