This was one of our favourite places we visited when we were in Costa Rica. Absolutely phenomenal. Our concierge made a fabulous recommendation and we purchased a package from our hotel that included dinner and as much time as we wanted at the Hot Springs. There were so many pools, ranging from cool to hot. It was so relaxing, and...

We stayed here one night coming in to La Fortuna. We knew we wanted to check out the springs, but ended up staying here as well. The springs are literally the best hot springs I have ever been to- and it was not crowded at all. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were more comfortable than any Fairmont I've...

Baldi is definitely worth a visit. We stayed one night at Tabacon then went to Baldi to compare. The pools at Baldi are hotter, at least at the top. The first couple of pools are only deep enough for a foot soak because they water is so hot you'd be cooked like a lobster in a matter of minutes. The...

We did not stay at the hotel, we just spent the day. A day is enough to visit all the pools. Lunch was very good!! In my opinion beverages are expensive. If you want to have a beer you must pay more than $5, and you can't bring your own beverages. But the place is really nice. Although there was...

Baldi's resort is elegant and romantic. My partner and I had such an amazing time going into different pools at different temperatures, really taking the time to relax and reflect. The bars in the pools are fantastic. We could not have asked for a better trip!

We stayed 4 nights at Baldi hotel. The room was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was very good . The hot springs were great although they need newer pool chairs. The hotel was very clean. Our stay there was great and we would go back again.

The hot springs are definitely the highlight. I must say that they are indeed beautifully arranged. Pools are set at different temperatures and there are a couple that have cold water. If you are thinking in staying in the hotel you can probably consider one night. One night effectively translates into two days of access to the hot springs (you...

We visited Baldi Springs on a day package. It is completely overcrowded with college students, tour buses and spring breakers. I would not recommend this place for families with young kids. The splash area for the young kids is really small. There's only one real slide in the this area and it is not age appropriate for children under the...

I have to admit that I was very hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews. That being said.....I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the springs. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the front desk. Look for Ruth.....she will take care of you with...

From the moment we walked into the Baldi Hot Springs I knew it would be a great Christmas. Best experience ever. We will go back. The man at the front desk was incredible. He went out of his way to help us with a few problems. Every employee was kind and helpful. I could not write enough good about this...
