Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa for a 4 night stay in Ubud. The villa is amazing. We were given the roommate style, which was perfect for privacy, since my friend was traveling with her teenage daughter. We had a private small pool which is about 4 feet deep. I love the decor chosen by the owner. The beige walls and wooden flooring really compliments each other. The bedrooms are spacious for 1 or 2 people and has plenty of natural light during the day. The open kitchen provides an uniqueness not found in many other parts of the world. It is recommended to have mosquito repellant so you can dine or relax in the kitchen area. The bathroom offers both a shower and a separate bathtub. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is low, but it should be fixed soon because the maintenance team tend to any issues that arise. Basic toiletries are supplied, but you have to ask for refills. I recommend the owner places a small stand in the shower, so a person can place their soap and other items there instead of on the ground. My room had a slight smell coming from the cabinets. The maintenance team used a lemon scented cleaning agent to remove the smell.
You will need groceries and/ or transportation because the villa is away from the Ubud center. However, the staff, for a nominal fee, will transport you to anywhere in Ubud and other areas, just ask Catak! 😁
Overall, our stay has been wonderful and highly recommend this hidden luxury to anyone wanting to visit Bali and the cultural sites surrounding the Ubud area.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and very clean. The villa is located about a 10 min walk from the centre. It is in a lovely quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa is detached and has a high wall around it for complete privacy. We had our own pool with sun loungers. We had everythigng we needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful, Breakfast was brought each morning to our villa we selected the day before what we wanted off the list and what time we would like it.
Mr George was brilliant any questions I had prior to going were answered promptly.
He organised a taxi to pick us up at the airport.
We booked a taxi to take us back to the airport but on our departure day our taxi was stuck in traffice so Kadek who was looking after us at the villa took us to the airport.
Would I stay here again in a heart beat. The staff and the villa made our holiday,
