Nice garden, old rooms, terrible bathroom. Very old, obviously no photos of the bathrooms . The property needs renovation . About 5km to the city centre. Owned Eleni who is a very hospitable nice lady. Stayed there for two nights but obviously will not be my choice for my next trip to Chios.

I very mucg enjoyed the hospitality offered to us and all the guests by Eleni and her family. No request was too much for her. Always with a warm smile, always positive and trying to help you having a great time on Chios. I truly recommend Topakas House for all those, who seek a place to stay with a warm...

Great setting in countryside.Good host and hostess.Clean room with necessarry amenities.Wifi works barely ok.Plumbing needs attention. When I arrived with family I was disapointed with general standarts But at departure I was sad to leave. As long as you do not expect a graeat deal from pysical premise company of hosts great.

It is a traditional house but it so old. The hospitality of the family is grate but they have to renovate it. It is far from anywhere so you definitely need a car. The wi-fi is not very good inside the rooms due to the big stonewalls.

Only thing that makes this place nice is the friendly people. We were not expecting something luxury but the accommodation standarts are so poor for it's price. There is no parking option. No wi-fi in the rooms, bathrooms are so so. If you enjoy countryside and sound of roosters in the morning it is ok. But if you are a...

Lovely rustic out of town hotel run by family. Eleni is very friendly and helpful and speaks English, Turkish as well as Greek. Nothing for her is to much trouble. Great breakfast, off road parking and close to supermarket for supplies. Would definitely return and recommend.

My Chios Island experience was one of the most memorable in my 2 month travel, all because of Eleni. The whole place is quite unique, with its beautiful flower studded courtyard, ancient well and antique wine making machine. I stayed in the downstairs room, not big but spotless clean. Eleni treated me to her home-cooked dinner one night with her...

Topakas house is a lovely mansion that has been converted into cozy rooms with comfortable beds, small kitchens with hotpots and refrigerators (great for those of us based out of Turkey who like to bring home the bacon, literally), and small but functional bathrooms. Additionally, there are small televisions in every room and our friend even had a panini press...
