I had to pay tourist tax on arrival even though I booked with Thomson, but it wasn't much may be 14€. There was a safe in the room that appeared to be free. Only one bottle of water provided on arrival, same for tea coffee and milk, we bought a few provisions in the shop around the corner. You get allocated a pool towel each, only pay if it needs changing during your stay.
