Despite its country rating this hotel is something special and deserves to be in a higher class. The rooms/villas are wonderful, spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning, ice cold fridge, balcony and small terrace. The staff are outstanding, very dedicated, really friendly and highly efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent with freshly baked bread and different homemade cakes and...

Another fortnight at Iapetos and it really does get better and better. Fabulous people and wonderful facilities. A big thank you to Sevi, Maria, Georgia, Dassos, Vassili and the entire staff. Hard to imagine how it could be improved on any way.

Like all things how you like a place depends on your perspective. Lapetos Village is about 25units closely bunched together around a covered pool and bar/cafe area. Positives: clean pool ( advertised as the only one on Glaros ), location ( 10 mins walk from where boats dock and 5 mins from harbour ), good air conditioning, friendly staff, good...

Just had 2 of the most fabulous 2 weeks on Symi staying at this hotel. It is a lovely hotel. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The gardens are manicured and beautiful. After baking in the sun, the pool is wonderful to cool off in and the pool bar is ideally placed if...

Iapetos Village is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Yialos. From the second we walked through the gates I knew we would love it – it’s gorgeous! The gardens were beautifully maintained and quite quirky, the swimming pool was always spotlessly clean and jumping in was perfection in the middle of a boiling hot day. The bedrooms were...

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the villas generous in size and air conditioning for the those hot afternoons and the under cover pool so refreshing. Also the house keeping staff were kind and diligent . Breakfasts were excellent! It's in a great location away from the hubub of the port but an easy walk to anywhere in the...

We wholeheartedly agree with those who have praised the Village in terms of its setting, services and accommodation. However, a downside for us was that, despite prior notice, they did not seem to have an understanding of our requested vegan and vegetarian diets. We had to make do with the repetitive options that did not include meat dishes (and eggs...

This hotel was perfect for us. Generous room, with a welcome bottle of wine & water on arrival. Slightly away from main road so beautifully quiet. A modern hotel but beautifully landscaped and a welcome dip in the pool when returning from a hot day out. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food available and good coffee. The...

After many years visiting Symi, two couples whom we;ve known a long time asked if they could join us on our next visit. My wife and I had previously seen Iapetos being built, but had never stayed here before. We sourced 3 maisonettes and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The properties are well fitted out and the staff...
