We had such a wonderful stay here, thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. All staff are so welcoming and friendly. Views are incredible and it has a stairway to its own little beach cove where you can do snorkelling. We saw more fish in this cove than we did on an actual snorkelling trip we paid for! It was my birthday during this stay, and a staff member greeted me at my villa door with a personalised birthday cake with my name on and candles of my age. The breakfast had such a variety and we were given a fresh mango every morning by the staff also. If you decline your room being cleaned, they even leave a basket 0f fresh linen and waters for you so you don’t miss out. We were gutted we couldn’t stay longer due to our plans but it really was stunning. If I had one thing to mention .. we both had massages which I also couldn’t fault, they did an amazing job on our backs and shoulders .. our massages were at 10.30 which is just after the breakfast period and we were below the restaurant.. I recommend if you’re having one , to go for midday or after.. as we could hear them cleaning away all the breakfast bit and tables being moved which isn’t that relaxing.. but I honestly could not complain .. it’s just a tip. As the massage itself is worth it. It’s about 5 minute walk up the road to a minimart .. not the safest walk as some of it there is not a pathway but it is manageable. Otherwise, taxi service available.

views of the bay very nice. However, the technical condition of the houses leaves much to be desired. We stayed for two weeks in two houses by the beach. The walls in one of the houses were cracked, and the air conditioning kept cooling at one temperature because the temperature sensor was damaged and the air conditioning had to work all the time. It was very bothersome, especially at night, when it got very cold, or when you had to turn off the air conditioning and after a while it was hot. Breakfast was average, in this location without a car or scooter you are trapped. Something was biting our legs almost every day in the rooms. After a few days, my wife had to wear a long dress because her legs could have been bitten.

The entire complex is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as was the dinner. At Christmas there was even a special menu and live music with Thai dancing in the evening.
The hotel is a bit out of the way but that's what we were looking for and you can quickly get to Chaweg or Lamai by scooter or tuk tuk.

We enjoyed our 12 days at this hotel. The view and the rooms are perfectly like on the pictures. There are small (private) beaches around the resort with "okey" coral riffs. The breakfast was good, but every day the same. From fresh fruits and omelet's to thai-food and bread with jam, everything is on the buffet. Every saturday and tuesday, there is a BBQ with very fresh seafood witch was delicious. If you will stay at this hotel, you will need a taxi or scooter to get to shops or excourse the island because there isn't much next to the hotel. The employers are very friendly and helpful but they can`t speak english very well.

We stayed for a week in this hotel located directly on one of the prettiest beaches in Koh Samui. Direct access to the beach is a real strong point of this ideal place for snorkelling or swimming enthusiasts.

The villas are spacious and have a direct view of the beach or the sea (ours, number 102, had a panoramic view as if you were on a boat!). They are located in a tropical garden, among coconut trees and frangipani trees.
The sunrise spectacle from our room was sumptuous!

We also really liked the two swimming pools, spacious enough to swim and enjoy the direct sea view from the infinity pool: a dream!

Hearty breakfast suitable for everyone, fresh fruit, omelettes and pancakes cooked to order, delicious French pastries.

And a very extensive menu for the evening meal, adapted to local or more continental desires (perfect for children).

We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing family or couple vacation. Choose villas rather than hotel rooms, which are closer to the road.

Vehicle rental directly available at the hotel reception.

We will come back without hesitation!

We had rented 2 sea view bungalows (101 which was right on the beach and 220 which has 2 beds)
The hotel is stunning, the staff absolutely lovely.
The breakfast buffet is very good, with fruit, yogurt, pastries, savoury food and omelettes…
If anything could be improved it’s the food at the restaurant: the menu is boring and the food average.
The hotel is located on a busy road between Chaweng and Lamai but it didn’t bother us as our bungalows were quite far from the road.

We booked The Jacuzzi Suite because the tub and beautiful view but big mistake. 1st night we hardly slept because LOUD cars & scooters passing by often on the street right next to the building. The bathroom window and door has many gaps that could not be closed, so loud road noises and mosquitoes just keep coming into the room, a very bad design in an outdated building and dirty tub.

We requested and moved to a Bungalow asap the next morning. The difference between the two rooms were night and day! Yes, got only half of the space but much newer, much quieter with nice view too. We enjoyed our snorkeling just a few steps to the private beach, saw some big colorful fishes.

Breakfast buffet were basic and the same food everyday. The staffs at the breakfast were below average, too busy chitchat, and the chief took a long time just to make a few pancakes when there’s no other customer but us at the time.

There’s no outside restaurant or massage within walking distance. No free Tuk Tuk from the hotel. So you will have to rent a car/scooter, or paying the high price of taxi for anything outside the hotel.

I only know the restaurant part as well as the swimming pool and access to the beach. The swimming pool is simply magnificent. 😍 There are even two, one next to the other. The deckchairs are very comfortable and the view of the sea is exceptional. 👌 As for the restaurant, the dishes are OK but could be really better. I chose a ham and cheese club sandwich, unfortunately a little dry and a little bland... too bad for the red wine by the glass, which is really not very good... That said, the place is super pleasant to come to spend a moment of relaxation relaxation. The bungalows are very pretty from the outside with thatched roofs. I didn't see the inside

Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff, very tasty food. We had our own hut with a really beautiful view. The only thing we didn't like were the stairs to the beach and the location itself, because unfortunately you can't get anywhere on foot due to the location on the main road.

Сhecked into the hotel on 02/23/2023 in the evening. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Due to the non-working air conditioner, the night was sleepless. The hotel manager just shrugged off my claims. The next day they moved me to a similar room without providing any compensation and communicating through their employees at the reception, explaining this by the fact that the hotel is full and this is not their problems.
