Good selection of rooms. Not great swimming but a great view. Will help with laundry and taxi. Nice bar. Many motorcycles visit here. Nice pool overlooking the Sea. Lots of water toys. Staff is very helpful.

Lovely place a little of the beaten track for hardened party goers although only a short taxi ride into the main part of town Staff lovely and very helpful Agree the road is very busy but we walked down the road each night to eat Room was clean - only negative is it could have benefitted from a cupboard to put clothes in Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

We stayed in the new building for 28 days , the rooms are ok but the bathrooms are very small. The beds are like sleeping on the floor I had asked for mattress pads to put on , the first time it made no difference the second day I asked again and they put another one still really made no difference, but since we pre paid we were stuck . The pillows are hard as well , the staff speaks very little English, breakfast is ok but the juice is like a tang mixture. The staff and owners made no attempt to make us feel special and again when you are staying at a hotel for a long time . It would have been nice . The hotel is down a very large hill , climbing up takes your breath away , the hotel food is not very good so you will have to find places to eat , if you don’t no how to ride a scooter this place is not for you , it’s not near anything and grab and taxis are Owed by the mafia, so prices are really high .exampleto Lamai one way 1 person 400 bhat , so rent a scooter , the beach area is nice but the beach chairs are not comfortable they do not Move . The bedding all have holes in the duvets and pillow cases. If you want the best massage you we’ll ever have down the street on the opposite side of the road is a place called magic hands , went there several times and each time it was wonderful, cost for 1 hour massage is 400 bhat , enjoy , overall thus is a good 2 star hotel . So expect that , this hotel goes by different names . So buyer be aware.

Good Place to stay. The place is very quite if you want to be away from busy street. It is far from the city proper but it is accesible through motorbike and the villa is along the highway so it is easy to see. We have a kitchen which is great because we have less expenses than always eating out during the trip. Good place also for some instagrammable pictures. 😁
