Our room was basement. Hot and stuffy. hard beds, cheap pillows and sheets. Plenty of food but very average. Pool was nice but grass overgrown around it. We hired a car and saw some great sights, headed into the hills and beaches on the South.

Myself, wife and 14 year old son have just returned from a fortnight stay on an all inclusive package at this hotel. As previously stated the bedrooms, are modern, well equiped and spacious, and the beds were good and firm.(A shame the pillows were very poor, and let the bedding side down!) The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were...

Just got back from 2 weeks here. Must say we only booked last minute as we had booked Tunisia. Good points: Hotel is clean and tidy Rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage. Pool is clean Lots of sunbeds Free shuttle bus to old town Bad points: All inclusive is not very "inclusive" no snacks between meals and the only...

We stayed in this hotel for one week and had breakfast included. The hotel is modern and clean with helpful and kind English-speaking personnel. Breakfast is a continental one with only feta and some sweets being Greek-specific. If you are leaving before breakfast time 08.00-10.00, you can ask for an express breakfast on reception. Our first room had windows directly...

Anna and George are the best things about this hotel. Food was always cold, and the selection small. We were there at the end of May for 2 weeks and the place had at most 12 people staying. The bar ran out of beer one night and Raki another night....

We came here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The rooms were large and modern and the whole hotel spotlessly clean. The food ranged from very good to great and was a meat eatres feast most nights, with a great range of salads. Due to the free bus which took guests to the beach I had the pool...

I was under no illusion as to the type of break which I wanted, I wanted a quiet and peaceful windown time from a busy life in London, and that is exactly what I got. I really enjoyed my short time spent at the pantheon hotel in Crete, the pool side as well as the pool were beautiful, well kept...

Having read many negative reviews, Pantheon for some reason still had an appeal so we booked. We arrived at gone 1am. We were greeted by a very helpful night receptionist called Adam. He was intelligent, friendly and could not have tried harder to please. The hotel had been kind enough to reserve us a dinner even though we hadn't asked....

My partner and I spent a very relaxing all-inclusive week here in June. The weather was fabulous, the hotel quiet and the food average. We had a lovely double room on the first floor at the right hand side of the hotel which was spotlessly clean with its own shower room. Breakfast lacked imagination, being very repetitive and at most...

I see many negative reviews and I somehow understand your frustration, but get over it - this is different country , different culture and different ways of doing things. Hotel itself is located in superb location on the hills overseeing Rethymnon in picturesque countryside. This is not typical tourism centre full of screaming kids, british food or self-contained entertainment. It's...
