Was a while since we stayed there so the owners may have changed, but when we were there a few years ago, the place was a TOTAL RIP OFF: rather expensive and death insects all over the floor, very dirty pool, door that did not close properly (so at night you could not lock the door), dirty kitchen (not cleanable... I visited in Easter this year with my wife and son and it was great, peaceful and quiet, great food and friendly people. If you're looking for a place to really get away and relax, no hustle, just you and nature with your loved one or family then this is the right place.

Do not book this place. We booked and took a long and expensive cab ride, and found absolutely nobody there. It was as if all of the personnel - staff and guests - had abandoned the hotel. It was the very definition of creepy. Fortunately, our cabbie stayed and we left. Something has clearly happened to the resort.

The resort is desolated. The pool ground is broken. Nothing to eat there, the lady told us at the reception. it seems like that the owner died or had an accident and his workers are still busy. the beach is dirty. nobody cares. they told us that they have structure problems.

Although the drive was a bit tricky, when we finally got there it was a beauty to behold. Definitely a nature lover's dream, the beautiful trees and flowers, the tiny villas, some alongside the ocean to the Jacuzzi and pools. The staff were friendly and inviting, good food, however the place really needs a little TLC. With a little sprucing... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at one of the private villas. It afforded us the privacy we wanted and was a nice 5 minutes walk to the restaurant through the natural, lovely landscape of the resort. This resort is away from the usual tourist areas in Tobago with a lovely little cove you can swim in. Only disadvantage was getting... More

Our two day stay at Footprints, was exactly what we needed ... peace and quiet, no hustle and bustle. We stayed in King of the Woods villa, as most people have said in their reviews don't expect 5 star accommodation. We were satisfied, but the whole place needs a little tender loving care. The bathrooms need a complete refurb, showers... More
