We went there as a family of 4 (in 2016) and were considering taking the Turtle Airways, as it would be most convenient, but it would have been about $350 per person. So we looked up the Yasawa Flyer and it was much cheaper. It was about $500 for the whole family. It took about 5 hours, because of the stops at other resorts. We enjoyed those, as we got ideas to what other resorts/islands we'd like to stay at in the future. ...plus kids really enjoyed the ride and we saw flying fish swimming along side the boat. The catamaran was ok. Nothing fancy ( bathrooms were dirty ) but sure is fast.
Enjoy your vacation. Take the hike with Vatili. Amazing views of the island. :-)
