We stayed at the Verandah in November as part of a large group for my Sister's wedding. My wife and I travelled with our two year old and stayed two weeks. We booked through Virgin Holidays, who were a complete shambles from start to finish. The rep at the resort, I think her name was Tracy, was totally useless and...

The resort is located in the North Eastern extremity of the Island and sits next to a picturesque inlet from the Atlantic. Overal we really enjoyed our relaxing week here - it generally does as it promises (With a few caveats). Whether it's 4 Star is debateable but its hard not to like the place. We had a water view...

Resort was beautiful and mature tropical landscape. Lots of walking from beach to lobby. Lots of hills. They do have a shuttle service but we found it was not scheduled per se. We had a room near the beach grill which overlooked the bay. It was quite lovely. The pool was ok but not real large. They have two beaches...

My husband and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary with a 10 day trip to this resort. We had such a wonderful time. From the accommodations, (we had an ocean view) to the food, (definitely gained a few pounds) to the staff, everything was what we hoped it would be. The beach is on the smaller side, but in a...

I dont understand how anyone could be complaining or saying anything negative about this place. Every staff member i've encountered greeted me with a warm friendly smile and asked me how my stay was. Food at the seabreeze restaurant is delicious. The service is FANTASTIC. Very efficient. The rooms and everywhere else is clean and housekeeping does an excellent job...

We have never been on such a wonderful all inclusive holiday, and we have been to quite a few in the Caribbean including some big names. It started by a very smooth and easy check in, then being taken by golf cart through a very pretty landscaped resort to our cool, clean airy room with the most amazing view from...

My partner and I just returned from a trip at the verandah - we stayed there 9 nights this November. Rooms are out dated but large and the bed is comfortable. Ample room and nice balcony. Cleaners come daily - 3* for sure not the 4* advertised. Clean and fit for purpose but not luxury at all even though we...

We have just returned after a week to escape UK in November. Food quality: good in all restaurants visited-- did not try Nicole's as a $35 per person cover charge seems like an imposition in an all-inclusive resort. The guy giving the 'orientation' said the food is free and all you pay is the cover charge-- big deal! Staff :...

So in all our travels over 30+ years, we've never done an "all inclusive" trip, never ever, as we always prefer to have the freedom of renting an auto and exploring the island to enjoy all it has to offer in addition to what the resort had to offer. But nonetheless, somehow in all these years of Island travel we...

Had a fantastic family holiday here. 2 great beaches, loads of watersports and other activities to keep us busy. The staff made it – Just the right balance - without exception friendly without being intrusive. Food/ Drinks were good. Main buffet restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner. We ate a la carte twice at Buccaneers – very good; Beach...
