I personally could stay for 3 weeks but then I'm happy to have whole days laying on the nearby beach or by the pool. The island isn't huge, though the guide says there are 99 things to do and I certainly haven't done all of them. If you are really active and like to have something different "to do" every day then 3 weeks would possibly be a little too long. Hope this is helpful
