The professional pictures of the hotel is extremely deceptive except from the pool which really is beautiful. When entering the room, it seems clean but dated decor. Definitely a 3* expectation. Only reason why this resort could be 4* is due to the location and private beach. They don't have any pictures of garden view for obvious reasons now i...

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in Jan 07 including New Year's Eve. We usually choose well and always list the positive and negative of our experience and usually end up saying the good outweighs the bad. In this case, we regret that we cannot say that. There were some positives. The staff was largely courteous and helpful....

We had travelled around Vietnam and were looking forward to relaxing. Positives Location is great as it's the first hotel the beach is unspoilt and quiet and we made the most of what was there and chilled out. However this hotel is not four star but I think that might just be how it is in Phu Quoc. Negatives They...

Absolutely gorgeous room, spacious with all amenities. The room had a king bed, lounge area, large bathroom and an outdoor shower. The view was spectacular, blue seas and white sand, what more can you ask for! The beach is a few steps away and if you feel like relaxing, do so on your own porch instead of hassling for loungers...

The bar on the beach is nice but they have to keep the...

We had a 4 night stay at the Eden Resort from the 2nd Jan with our 2 kids. The hotel is in a great position right on the beach and only a short drive to the town where there is a great night market for fresh seafood. The hotel itself was a disappointment! It was run down and the service...

The Eden resort has a wonderful beach with sea that is very calm and great for swimming - we had one of the bungalows and it was only 20 steps from the door of the room to the ocean! The rooms have a outdoor bathroom with a shower loo and sunken Jacuzzi - and all have aircon and a fridge....

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the staff are lethargic, the food is not properly made, there is no attention to detail, I would say this hotel is a 3 star definitely not a 4 star. Rooms are ok, there is stinky water around hotel in pond! Staff can not communicate with basic English, which I think is important including reception....

Loved being right on the beach so nice and makes a big difference to your stay. Nice rooms and eager staff. Could do with more sun beds and umbrellas! I don't mind lying on the sand but sometimes it can be tough with no shade. Don't bother going to the hotel restaurant, lots of nicer and cheaper places less than...

We spent 10 days at the Eden on Phu Quoc during the Christmas holidays. We were looking for a beach resort with a family bungalow on the island and the Eden definitely fit the bill. We were four with our two teenage sons. I would say as for what I saw on this part of the island, it was the...
