We have had an excellent stay here. While we considered the regent hotel next door this hotel was a much better fit for our situation (we have a 22 mo old infant). The hotel is well appointed with an excellent buffet breakfast and VERY family friendly. They have an excellent kid Center with tons of activities and you can book baby sitting services if the parents want to do something like book a massage at the spa which is superb! I had such a phenomenal massage that I wound up booking a session 3 days in a row!! My therapist, Phan, was incredible and I highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families but if I were traveling as a couple, while this would still be a great place to stay, I’d likely stay at the regent.

I have been to many InterContinental hotels (including in Europe, Asia, Australia, Fiji, Tahiti). I must say that InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach resort is not only the best InterContinental I have been to but the best hotel as well. Location is fabulous. Beach is just right in front of the hotel. There are many nice signs, beach stairs and beach swings on the beach. You can use them to take pictures with them completely free of charge. Please note if you go to other beaches (e.g., Sao beach) in Phu Quoc, you need to pay for such a thing. Room was very beautiful. Oceanview was gorgeous from the balcony. Bathroom included a shower and bathtub too. Bathtub had an Oceanview too. Coffee machine with capsules were free of charge. Dining experience was great, and food was delicious. Best experience was the breakfast, not only because of the huge variety of food but the super nice staff too. I have allergic reaction to gluten and the staff was always extraordinary helpful to provide me gluten free food. I wish I know their names to say a huge thanks. Please management tell your breakfast team that they are the most professional staff I have ever seen. Dinner was delicious and nicely decorated both in Lava restaurant and Sea Shack too. I would like to say thanks to Hoi, Uyen and Tuan at Sea Shack restaurant for their kindness and professionalism. Swimming pools: there are many swimming pools for kids and separated ones for adults too. Additionally, there is an infinity pool in front of the main building. INK 360 Rooftop bar: that was something I haven't seen before. On the 19th floor/roof there was a really nice bar with a wonderful view of the beach. If you want to take sunset pictures this is the best place I would say. The bar had DJ nights and the cocktails were the most beautiful ones I have ever seen. I would like to say a huge thanks to all Staff and management for their kindness and making our stay pleasant. I can't wait to stay at InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort again.…

Nice view with good moods in restaurant and many kinds of foods originated from many countries. And excellent services by very kind staff. But I hope more food. It doesn’t fit my personal taste. It would be nice if there is more variety of food.

My wife and I had a wonderful holiday staying at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort everything was amazing. The property is gorgous and I absolutley loved the enormous swimming pools and the beautiful private beach. The staff and service was fantastic throughout the resort. Staff are extremely kind, friendly, hardworking, helpful, professional and spoke excellent English. Our room a King classic Ocean view with balcony was spacious with all the modern comforts and spotlessly clean. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Wonderful bath view, separate rain shower and luxury bath amenities. Enjoyed a lovely evening at INK 360 the hotels sky bar on the 19th floor stunning views, quirky deep sea theme, exceptional service, great drinks, delicious nibble food, and good music. The grounds are immaculately kept, so pretty at night when the outdoor lights come on gives a magical feeling makes the foliage come alive! The Club Lounge was just superb, nice to relax in the Club InterContinental Pool. Enjoyed an elaborate afternoon tea and delightful evening cocktails and canapés. We appreciated the Club lounge personally catering food for my wife as she is a vegetarian, prepared delicious spring rolls. We took breakfast in the main restaurant offered a wide range of great food options. One evening leaving the Club Lounge staff pointed out that my leg was bleeding, I can’t praise enough how calming and caring they dealt with the situation. Extremely well trained in first aid, so humble and professional staff. I was overwhelmed by how amazing the staff were even came into work on their day off to see how my leg was and to say goodbye, this is by far is the most sincere and kind hospitality experienced and will always be remembered. I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated InterContinental Club team: Mike, Tam, Tho, Trish, Thu, Alex, Jinn, Thinh, Henry and Phu, their kind gestures made our stay a special and memorable experience. This is an exceptional hotel, whether it was their services, their staff and their amenities. Location was great, right at the beach of Phu Quoc! The hotel has a beautiful back garden with several swimming pools and restaurants. The hotel was immaculate and clean. The room was impressive and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The club lounge must be one of the best, it’s not like a buffet but order from their menu, and the quality is super good. A must try is one of the cocktails Finn makes!! The Club lounge even has it’s own swimming pool. We like to specially mention the Club team who went above and beyond to make the stay memorable and perfect. Ink360 has the best of all things! Service, snacks and drinks.. Their Fish n chips is so amazing my friend keeps on talking about it when we get back home. Special thanks to Mr. loc, Nhu Y and Lap for being lovely and taking care of us the whole night. As well as Dong anh for the best negroni i had.
