After reading fellow travellers' reviews of the Galissas Apartments we were looking forward to our stay there. We were not disappointed. Yannis met us at the port & soon had us installed in our apartment - number 16. This is up the steps & in the far right-hand corner of the complex. Although the room was somewhat smaller than other...

Galissas Studios are delightful in every way. Close to the beach, and to the excellent restaurants and bars in Galissas, the Studios are impeccably clean, modern and quiet. We didn't venture into the pool but other guests seemed to love it. A lovely week - thank you Yiannis and Alexandra!

This time we went to Siros and Galissas under our own steam for a 4 week stay there. Getting there was quite an undertaking for us as my husband has to carry everything, whilst I happily trot along with my "roller" - but it was worth every minute of the journey. Can anybody be kinder and more caring than Yannisand...

We travelled with Olympic holidays 23rd August this year, deciding to return after a lovely holiday there in June 2012. Having researched the transfer arrangements on Trip Advisor, we were prepared for all eventualities, as it turned out, the 6 hour wait for the ferry out and the last day of our holiday on Mykonos. It was not a problem for...

We have just returned from our second visit. The studios are spotlessly cleaned every day and have good facilities including free aircon and wifi. The pool area is pleasant and has sunbeds. Guests tend not to be party animals so there was no untoward noise. Some of the rooms face the pool so privacy might be compromised. Alternatively this could...

This is the second time of us going to galissas studios and I will definitely be going back. The studios are clean, tidy. They clean them every day and change the sheets and towels every other day. The pool is cleaned every day. Galissas is a safe place for the children. The restaurants and beaches have a good safe family atmosphere....

Had a lovely relaxing two week stay at Galissas studios. The first room we were allocated was looking out onto the pool and was a bit tatty, which I could have lived with, however the air con did not work so we asked Yannis, the owner, if there was another room we could have and after a bit of uming...

My hubby an I have just returned fro 2 lovely relaxing weeks at Galissa Studios. The room was well equipped with a/c at no extra cost-the unit didn't work very well so we saw Yanni and it was fixed whilst we were out! Brilliant. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels every other day. All...

We have been visiting this accomodation for several years now, from the first occaision we have found thw owners Alexander and Yiannis very warm helpful and having the essential sense of humour which I have noted from time to time can get lost in translation with the less experienced in Greek humour....we have always had a one bedroomed apartment which...

Following a wonderful holiday here in May 2012 we decided to go back. This resort is for those who like the way Greece used to be, unspoilt by tourism. If you want English food then go elsewhere, if you want pubs and nightclubs then you won't like it. if you enjoy Greek hospitality, a place where Greeks go on holiday,...

“All the rooms are different and people are looking for different things. If you have dodgy knees or any problems walking then avoid the maisonettes as the stairs are quite steep and have no handrails. If you like to get out of the sun then room 13 is good and one of the largest but constantly in the shade.”
