Not much to see in town. Souks and Medina like are the others. The hotel is lovely, nice pool, small, quiet, comfortable bed and rooms. Would not recommend dinner here, which was just ok, but don't know what other options you might have elsewhere.

Very nice staff, Yassine and the others treated us very well. They got us dinner at 11 pm even though the kitchen was closed. The dinner at the hotel was also very good. Very personal treatment. If you are looking for a quiet, nice place in the Medina oumensour is a great choice.

We decided to go to Taroudant last minute from Foum Zguid and showed up at 5pm with no reservations. The Lonely Planet book starred Palais Oumensour so we rang the bell and crossed our fingers. They had a perfect room available: it's the purple room, and it's in the upper right of their profile pic. The service was top-notch and...

Waking up at Palais Oumensour was such a treat! Silhouettes of the palm trees against the bluest of blue skies, doves sleeping in the walls of the hotel, a glistening pool and the gentle hum of Taroudant coming to life. We fell for this city and loved Palais Oumensour! Our only criticism is that the breakfast here is disappointing when...

Walled oasis of peace in the old town. Great suites. Delightful common rooms. Authentic Moroccan appointment. Perfect pool, if not enormous. All cut to the right comfortable and friendly size. Young, and most helpful staff.

When our driver brought us to the door, we groaned. From the outside, it looked terrible. Inside was a different story. Gorgeous pool (although it was too cold for us to use), beautiful rooftop lounge areas, and at night they would light a fire. There was a game room with a fire place that we loved as well. The staff...

This is one of my favourite places. Although there was a slight language barrier, we found the staff very helpful. The food was delicious and the rooms and communal areas, beautiful. I would like to return one day.

This place is gorgeous. Rooms were nice and everyone was helpful. My only issue was Dinner. We arrived in the afternoon. Were told that dinner was 16 euros per person and that there weren't restaurants nearby, which upon further research we found to be false. Dinner was delicious but minuscule. The chicken tangine was a 1/3 of a chicken breast...

Having ventured into the heart of Taroudant old town in a hire car, we were despairing of finding a decent hotel in the middle of all the mayhem. We were rescued by a helpful (as always) man on a moped who said "follow me" - so we did, and how glad we were! What a surprise, behind the high old...
