We stayed a week in the room Elfentraum and loved it. Nice room with good sized bathroom with shower, and very good closet space. Clean and cozy. The balcony was south facing and had great views and good sun. It was very quiet and relaxing. The service was impeccable. Big thanks to the family Mutschlechner and their employees that they...

Five of our family stayed here for two nights, arriving early on Christmas day. We were warmly greeted at the front desk, where they took our bags and kept them for us while we explored the area. The hotel is ideally situated close to the ski area, less than a ten minute walk. Picturesque does not begin to describe how...

Schwarzer Adler is operated by two sisters. The whole building is decorated in Tyrollean style, well maintained and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms (we had a single and the large suite) are comfortable and clean. The restaurant serves a good diner and a nice breakfast. The staff is not only speaking Italian but also German and English. They are...

I had a very positive experience at Schwarzer Alder! I arrived early, before check in, and the staff warmly greeted me, took care of my bags, and pointed me in the right direction to get to Alpe di Siusi, where I spent the day hiking. Upon my return to the hotel, I found my room very clean, comfortable, and roomy....

The hotel was just perfect! We are a family of four, with an 8 and 13 year old kids, who stayed for 4 nights, including New Year's Eve. We had the junior suite at the 3rd floor which was very spacious and well-designed. My kids had their own sofa beds, which were very comfortable, they said. We never felt cramped...

We spent a winter week in this luxury, all inclusive hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, good wine list. We were initially seated in our own group of four adults, but frequently included different new friends as the week went on. -- International Clientele --Rooms are cosy and spacious. Great linens, hot showers with towel warmers. --Good spa with sauna...

We had visited this hotel 11 years ago and returned to fulfill a long-held wish to see the alpine meadows in flower in June, while staying at a hotel we had enjoyed in the past. Our six nights there were glorious. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit and we appreciated an even higher standard than before. We...

Family run with great hospitality. Staff are always helpful and polite. The rooms are cute and well maintained with little touches such as welcome biscuits. Super views of the mountains. Handily placed for the ski bus or a pleasant short walk to the gondola. I love this hotel.

Our family of five adults were warmly welcomed and well cared for, while visitng the beautiful village of Seis/ Siusi and the surrounding Italian Alps. The hotel has gone through a fantastic renovation, to include beautiful suites and apartments, in addition to the cozy original rooms. Our breakfasts were scrumptious, as were the 5 course meals served as a nightly...
