Room is a bit out of fashion decorated, but large and clean. Sea view from the balcony with Jacuzzi. Staff here are good, but can be more better in service. While we staying we found some issues with water pump. it took few hrs to fix it.

Dear Juzmin, Thank you for this very complimentary review of your return visit to Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket and for your generous recommendation. We are very happy to read that our popular Top of the Reef restaurant, with its new look and new menu, still gave you a pleasant and relaxing evening. We look forward to welcoming you back for another peaceful and enjoyable stay very soon. Cape and Kantary Hotels supports SOS Children’s Villages and the TSPCA. We do not serve foie gras, birds’ nest or shark’s fin and we stand firmly against the exploitation of Thai elephants for commerce or entertainment. Sincerely yours, Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket Management

It was well over 1.5 yrs ago since my last visit, and I saw their special promotion for Expats and could not resist to book it for 2 nights. Booked a Cape Suite, and they booked me into the a room with a really nice view over the garden and the sea (J-block, third floor). I was happy to see that in the weekends they appear to have a fair number of guests, I suppose they were mainly from Bangkok. Staff told me that the week days are indeed more quiet. One night we went out for dinner, but on the Saturday we tried the Top of the Reef restaurant. It used to be more French style, now it is Mediterranean, and definitely did not disappoint. We walked in around 18:30, planning to have a nearly dinner, but were happily surprised to see they now have a saxophone player, playing easy tunes. So... we ended up having some cocktails (one was on the house, it seems every guest receives a free cocktail on Saturday), whilst enjoy the really stunning views. I can only highly recommend this restaurant on Saturday, as the saxophone added something very cool to this evening. Some of the old staff seem to have left, I guess due to the Covid situation, in which every hotel had to downsize (also my company), but we were still greeted by everyone. Great stay, and yes, I will return.

ok, we stayed there for two nights the room was great our friends had the room next to us but they thought there was a smell in the room so they were moved. my room was great and for the price, it was well worth it the breakfast was great everything you would need to say a lovely breakfast. the birds come flying in while we were eating but I found it nice. and the staff were great our friend slipped and hurt her foot the staff were there to give medical assistance. the location could be better but we had our own transport so not a problem. I have stayed in loads of hotels all over the world but this was one of the best it has everything you can want and with the covid 19 it was not to busy and they have taken the prices way down and theThais are getting great deals.

We stayed at hotel cape panwa on our second day. Staffs are nice and very helpful. The room we got was on the 1st floor. It was clean and big, but the view wasn’t so good. We didn’t get to see anything as there are many trees up front. If you like just laying on the beach and chill, this is definitely a place for you. The pace of the place was very peaceful. There’s private beach in side the hotel with bamboo beach bar and the colonial house, which is known as one very of the very famous restaurant in Phuket. Too bad it was closed during our visit because of the pandemic, so we didn’t get to try. If you wanna go down to panwa cape, there’s shuttle service available till about 11.00pm (can’t remember the time exactly, if you get to go there please recheck with the hotel). Overall, but the view from the room, was fantastic and hope to go back there soon.

It was such a pleasant time to stay in this hotel. GSA is very helpful. F&B manager was asking for the taste of the food and recommend us for dinner. All the staff were very nice and this will be one of favourite hotel chain. Whenever I visit phuket or phangnga or samui, cape and kantary hotel will be the first choice. Hope to see you soon Jube
