Absolute amazing venue, rooms are huge, a stones throw away from the pool which was beautiful as was the beach. The food was delicious and the free flow wine was great. A credit to the staff and the owners. We will be back.
the hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking chalong bay in panwa. The grounds are nice the deck fro sunset is great and the best feature of this hotel is the welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms was spacious we were above the pool but that is all it was spacious and airy with lots of windows. The bed is terrible and hard. The air cons are noisy and it felt like sleeping on a airplane with the constant noise of the engines. would not repeat as between the noise and the hard bed it was not a good sleep.
I love the style of this hotel. My room was super clean, I'm so relaxing also seaview from my room. Breakfast yummy!! The second day I siwm in the pool and can see sunset it's was amazing of the day at Panwa beach
The room was alright, though the bathroom smelled like sewage. Breakfast good, small variations every day. Beach is nice, though no waves, and due to the tide, you can't swim between 4-7pm, approximately. The hotel could use some love, it's a bit worn. Tiles by the pool upstairs were falling off. The pool and surroundings by the lobby/beach/restaurant is beautiful. Staff extremely polite.
On 13th December 2019 I have celebrated my 25th marriage anniversary with my family members and friends. We are 24 in total and stayed in Cloud 19 for 3 days.I found this resort very clean and suitable for celebration. Manager of this property mr Decha was very cooperative though the staff were not so cooperative but still I appreciate the arrangements and for this I will also give the credit to my tour manager Mr Ashish. Food was tasty and set up for ring ceremony at beach was simple sober and beautiful. Thanks mr Decha and team cloud 19 to make my function memorable.
