In a motor home my husband and I found this site on our sat-nav so had no indication of star rating or price per night for camping. The young lady at reception was friendly and stated the tarif of €34 for camper, two adults & electricity for one night on 26th August, 2016. My husband almost fell over, 'how much!...

Stayed here for a night on our way back towards the boat. Wanted to see Bordeaux. Arrived in our camper at 0900. No problem with early Check in. If it was full before check out there is plenty space outside to park and leave for Bordeaux. Had a nice pitch. Little shop selling the essentials. The pool is good and...

Situation is ideal for visiting the city of Bordeaux. The camping site is beautiful with a nice swimming pool, a splash, a bouncing castle, basketball field... Everything to entertain the kids. Places are big enough, there is a possibility to get rid of waste water and toilet water. There is a restaurant and a little shop. The only thing that...

€34 to pitch a tent..cheek by jowl with other campers ... is WAY too expensive . There are plenty of showers and sinks but toilets are sparse and the ONE closest to us was out of paper...good luck with that. May be an OK place to hire a cabin but I'd advise people looking for a pitch to go elsewhere...

We stopped here for one night in our way to Spain. The facilities were good although it wasn't far from a main road so quite noisy. Also because of the series of man made lakes remember to wear plenty of insect repellent. I forgot and got a nasty bite on my eye and face. The pitches were ok if you...

Stayed here during the euros and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. We stayed in a cabin that had to bed rooms and living room area with sofa beds. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to move around. The site is a long way out from the city centre which was a slight problem due to tram...

We drove to Bordeaux from Harrogate, North Yorkshire in England so we were really looking forward to our stay as we'd been travelling for a few days. Upon arrival we were a little nervous as there were a couple of tents with football flags on them, but we were very pleasantly surprised when we woke the following morning not hearing...

The 2 bed cottage we stayed in was clean and perfectly adequate for a long weekend. A bit cramped for 4 adults but for just a few days it was fine. There isn't a kettle, so had to boil water on the stove. There isn't an oven, only a microwave so bear this in mind. There is a great restaurant...

Absolutely amazing 3 days at the camp. The chalet was clean and well presented though no kettle was provided. Staff were incredibly helpful on arrival and throughout. The camp is about 1 mile from the tram system and bike hire is available directly outside the main gates. We were lakeside and chilled with a few beers enjoying the tournament with...

Less than impressed to be honest, it has poor services i.e. a shop with very little choice, no bar and no cafe. They really didn't have a clue how to cope with hundreds of football fans and the queuing for everything was just poor customer care. We had to cut our visit short because my wife broke her ankle and...
