Beltzenia is a wonderful place to stay. Amaia, our hostess, was lovely. She provided an amazing breakfast and daily tips on what to see and do. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the feeling of being at home and particularly enjoyed the apple juice!

The weather may have been awful but that did not detract from the joy of staying at Beltzenia with Amaia a wonderful host. Breakfasts were outstanding, making lunch almost unnecessary, and Amaia gave good restaurant advice and where to visit during inclement weather. Her husband is a cidre maker and proudly showed us round his operation with tasting, of course....

We spent 5 days in the Basque Country and stayed at Maison Beltzenia. We had an amazing time. This B&B is charming and Amaia, the owner, is lovely. The house, the bedrooms are great and the breakfast on the terrace is awesome. Amaia is also a wonderful guide if you are planning to spend sometime in Spain, her country. She...

We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast at maison Beltzenia and we couldn't have had a more comfortable or happy time. The rooms are superb and the breakfast is wonderful. The pool is open at certain times and we enjoyed a swim on both evenings. Amaia is a very kind and generous hostess who allowed us to picnic on...

A beautiful country house close to the bay of St Jean de Luz, ideal location to visit the coast and the beautiful villages inland. An orchard, a cidrerie, a livery and a swimming pool surround this very nice and big house very well kept by Amaia, the perfect hostess. All 3 bedrooms are very nice and quite. The one on...

Our three adult children thought we had chosen the perfect place to stay for a family holiday. It was wonderful to relax in the extensive and quiet grounds and around the pool area. We were invited to make ourselves at home. It was hard to get our children to leave the property to explore the surrounding area since they preferred...

“We only saw our room which overlooked the garden and the horse schooling ring. It was roomy, and like the two other rooms, has a bathroom ensuite”

“As the motorway is not far, I was worried of the noise of the traffic. To be perfectly honest, you can here a tiny noise when staying outside along the swimming pool, but absolutely nothing from the bedrooms which are on the other side of the house. Note that there is no fitness centre so ignore the tag I ticked by mistake and could not remove.”

“All three rooms are equally good. Twin bed in one, Double in another, very large double in the 2nd floor room with its own sitting room (which could have 2 more people staying if a family.”
