We enjoyed our stay at armagh, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts in a tranquil garden setting. Beautiful modern cottages which is nicely private, couldnt ask for better. Their restaurant is also nice with good food.

After a bad experience the night before in Knysna, arriving at Armagh was a real blessing. Wonderful loft on first floor (Africa Loft is definitely worth a try), very helpful and welcoming crew. Food was also delicious on both nights we stayed (soups and fish especially). Thanks a lot to Hano for the help and answers, and to Danielle for...

All was superb! The host was very nice. If there is anything to improve... the bathroom may need a renovation and we had to wait much too long for the dinner (service organization?) although it was very tasty

For a 4 star rated establishment we expected a lot better... Our room was not up to standard (Loft A), it got extremely hot up there & using the aircon on 27 made the room too cold, early in the morning we were woken up by the smell of fried bacon being prepared for breakfast, at night the sound of...

We stayed just one night found it charming, the room larger than expected, the bathroom quirky but all in all very satisfactory. It is quiet and a bit of a walk away from the general store. Rafters, it's restaurant is terrific as noted by difficulty in getting a table (popular place and best in town), breadth of menu and quality...

The room was spacious, very nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food and plenty of coffee. The owners are really...

I booked this place under the belief that it was 4.5 stars. It was a very dull experience. The rooms were damp, the pool was tiny and tired and the food was less than average. It was the one disappointment we had on our trip to South Africa.

A quaint hotel handy for everything on offer in Stormsriver. The rooms are a bit tired and would benefit from some maintenance. Food on offer was not too bad although they little to to offer a vegetarian despite having provided advance request. Watch out for the cheeky monkeys!!
