Sandra; travelagent: stayed here with my 2 children of 11 and 13 yrs. old. I was really surprised by the beauty of the gardens.. it is like a small jungle with lots of privacy for every bungalow. Reading some of the negative reviews I can only say that they were very sweet to us. the ladies at the reception offered...

I wasn't sure what to expect as this was a less expensive hotel than many in the area but what a pleasant surprise. The bungalows are large, clean with good facilities, although the aircon was a little noisy. It was very secluded as the gardens are lush and mature and very well cared for. The pools are lovely with plenty...

I've spent 7 out of 9 days here and I'm checking out early. While the hotel has a lovely pool, lush gardens, friendly cleaning staff, free standing rooms, fantastic bloody Marys and the location in the middle of the fishing village walking Street is novel for a few days, longer then that and some issues start to arise. On Friday...

We booked our xmas holidays here and being that it was on the cheaper end of all hotels I was scared of what surprises laid ahead. 10 days- service was exceptional, rooms were huge and clean, plenty of space for a family, everything is in walking distance, food was ok- but like I said I got way over than what...

A really wonderful place to stay in Bophut. The rooms are clean, the gardens are lush and beautiful and the 2 pools are always sparkling. This is a great value for money hotel situated in just the right spot on Bophut Beach. The breakfasts are very good and cater for all tastes. Try and stay there on a Friday night...

We stayed at Smilehouse for 8 nights and enjoyed the whole stay. We paid just over AUS$100 per night thru Agoda and it was worth every dollar. Rooms cleaned everyday, helpful staff, decent cooked breakfast and very central in Bophut. I would rate this honestly as an excellent 3 star accom- the bathroom is a little basic, but the bungalows...

First visit to Smile House was a family affair. Three room bungalow was spacious with an en suite for each bedroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily and bottled water supplied free. Second visit was in two bedroom bungalow. Again, staff and service did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, including the price. Third visit was as a...

This is an excellent choice for location and for style and comfort. We had maid service every day, clean towels in room and for the beach and water bottles replenished every day. The restaurant across the road was a little disappointing but don't let that put you off as this hotel is perfectly situated to access all the other bars...
