I had the misfortune to stay here in September & from the moment we arrived things weren't great. We booked with friends (two couples in total) & we were given one room to share. We requested separate rooms as per our booking but for two days we were rudely fobbed off until we became more forceful with our request. The... More

Good Points Staff were fantastic, Room was good with a comfy bed Hotel setting is superb Bad points Food is disgusting bordering on inedible. My 7 year old ate bread rolls all week just so he could eat something. Pasta sauces are insipid, potatoes are raw, Fish is gelatinous and cold, All food is barely warm and looks unappetising. Drinks.... More

Hotel room on the third floor was fine but the food was not. To get a pizza at lunch time you had to stand in line for ages in the blazing sunshine. People were reserving sun beds the night before so that the prime positions were gone when we got up in the morning. Surely management should stop this. The... More

Our time here which is still happening got off to a bad start, then improved, then went down hill rapidly and has not started to get better yet. The bad start is online it says most of the hotel is accessible by lifts, not true and as we both have bad knees, 5 flights of stairs is a no no.... More

Well where do I start!!!! Returned recently from Miraluna Kiotari Bay after a chilled, cheap week in the glorious sunshine. Firstly as most people have explained this is 2 hotels together on the same complex, this one and the supposedly 5 star Miraluna Spa Resort. Good Kids pirate ship and splash pool - we spent our week round these pools... More

We have just returned from a ten night stay at this hotel and for us it was the worst holiday ever. As other reviews confirm this is in no way a five star hotel, more like a 2/3 star. Despite travelling as two couples and having booked two Superior rooms we were allocated a single open planned family room for... More

The room was clean and the staff was professional, sincere and hospitable. We had a great time and our every need was attended to. I would like to express my gratitude and thank Mr. Tasos Chrysanthos particularly, for going out of his way, despite the busy season, to personally help us with a small health issue we encountered while on... I have real mixed feelings about Miraluna our actual time was wonderful however we were literally surrounded by people having an awful time! Who did nothing but complain loudly and sometimes aggressively. We had a great room with a private pool which was lovely especially as it had a spa jacuzzi feature! However the aircon sounded like a helicopter taking... More
