We travelled to Crete with 5 young children and 7 adults for a 10 day stay. We arrived at Hydramis Palace late at night after an 1.5 hour trip from Heraklion airport. We were happy to find a professional and fast check-in service and especially delighted to find a plate of fresh food for all of our guests in our...

A very good hotel that makes you relax and feel comfortable. The hotel has large and clean rooms, a beautiful garden with a variety of flowers and ornamental trees, a pool adapted for families with children which also is very clean. The hotel has its own beach which is not so large but is ordered and equipped with sunbeds, free...

It's a medium resort with a very variate menu, thus if you stay for 7 nights you'll eat different dishes every day. The housekeeping was in order, the beach bar is very accessible and in the village near the hotel you can find better rates for the car rent (look for the ones fully insured). A minus was the majority...

Another great fly and flop spot that also deals with all inclusive folks. It's lovely!! The whole place is modern and clean. Where to start with the food? In the main the hotels clientele is French and this certainly shows in the food on offer. It is delicious and varied, always piping hot if its supposed to be and included...

Very very clean hotel, food was very good too BUT no way was it all inclusive, the meals were all at particular times the only thing that you could eat throughout the day was ice cream. Always room at the pool and it never got too over crowded. All staff nice apart from one receptionist he was awful can't remember...

Our first visit to this hotel was pretty much as expected having done the research and read the reviews before booking. We stayed for 2 weeks in September (All inclusive) Unfortunately upon our arrival very late into the evening, the hotel was full & we were given a smaller room (inside view) adjacent to Reception until the next morning when...

These is a wonderful place to stay in Georgioupolis. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and opposite the sea. It takes a few steps to be on the sand. This was our first year and we will be back again. The hotel staff and management were many many stars, they made us feel welcome from the moment we...

When we arrived Hydramis hotel 30.07.2014, the reception staff said that our booking had been cancelled, and there were no any rooms available at the hotel. They said that the hotel tried to charge my credit card for the deposit needed a week before, but the card was "invalid". So the reservation manager informed me by e-mail about this and...
