The facilities were exactly as expected of a first class B & B. Breakfast was cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is ideal for catching a ferry from Ardrossan. Highly recommended.

Second visit for us, lucky enough to spend 3 days here in one of the cottages. Excellent facilities in the room and ensuite, and a fabulous breakfast each morning. Thanks to Alan for his hospitality, we will be back up soon and wouldn't stay anywhere else, why would you!

We stayed in the self-catering Orchid House cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in North Ayrshire. We have previously booked The Laurieston for visiting family but would look no further than Ardeer Steading in future. The cottage is decorated to a high standard with everything you might need for a relaxing self catering holiday.

This was an exceptional B and B... almost a boutique hotel. I was the only one here for 2 of the three nights and had run of the kitchen. Spotless, roomy, comfy bed, quiet and very good on suite. stayed in room one, upstairs in the main building. Family run and very friendly. Lots of local information, good secure parking....

We've stayed here on a number of occasions and each time it is fabulous. Alan and the team look after us very well and nothing seems to much trouble. Lovely big rooms all n-suite and clean. This place is better than some of the 4 star hotels we have visited.

Over the last quarter I have had the pleasure of staying at this high quality home from home. Alan is a perfect host and his attention to detail is evident everywhere and in everything at Ardeer! The superb choice of mattresses ensure a good nights rest and proper relaxation - the number of extra clever touches to make your stay...
