We needed a hotel close to the border to import our car into the United States. The owner was very kind upon check in and helped suggested a restaraunt for dinner. The room overlooked the water. It was clean. It had an over powering smell of chemicals from cleaning agents, which I suppose is a good thing. The hotel is...

I got a great room with a full kitchen, dining, living room and two bedrooms right on the water. From the deck I couldn't hear a car, just some boats and I saw a low flying seaplane. The sound of geese was wonderful. The peace and quiet here was amazing. The staff we very nice. A special thanks to Mary...

We went for the 5-hour cruise that leaves from the resort (1:30 pm) but had lunch at the restaurant there. We had the burger, which turned out to be much better than anticipated. The downside was the lack of parking available (& the $5.00 charge for parking).

A great choice even if the rooms are older & dated. Stayed in room 7 pool view room, group floor, 2 queen beds. The room itself was very spacious, bathroom quite small, good water pressure, plenty of towels & ample storage, although no dresser. Bed was comfortable, fridge was nice & cold. No coffee maker. Window a/c worked well, a...

Not only is the location beautiful, the staff and owner really make the place what it is! Read some nasty reviews and so glad we found out for ourselves! Can't wait to go again! Nice clean rooms, amazing friendly staff, great food, great prices, and were treated like we've been going for years. This place exceeded our expectations and we...

I've been going to Caigers for 20 plus it years. People are great and always helpful while making our stay comfy and cozy. I highly recommend this stop for the boater, fisher or just a family getaway. My most recent trip was a surprise to my girlfriend as I proposed to her in Boldt Castle. I'll be taking my family...

We stayed one night at this resort on a visit to the 1000 Island area. The hotel is VERY tired with old run down rooms and noisy air conditioning that would have done credit to a jet engine. The common areas are old and worn and the buffet breakfast was worse than any meal endured during my military service. Canned...

I stayed at Caiger's for 3 nights last month. Reading some of the negative useless reviews after we returned home I am sure that it was not the same Caiger's that we stayed at. If anyone reading the comments seriously believed that the mean spirited mentions were even close to being the normal day to day service you can expect...
