Stemnitsa where Trikolonion is situated is in the heart of mountainous Arkadia. Trikolonion is a country hotel in the centre of Stemnitsa. It has a beautiful lobby with a huge fireplace and comfy sofas. Rooms and wash rooms are good and clean . Beds very comfy. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel has parking. The square is...

We came here after exploring the area. The hotel itself is idyllic. The rooms are very comfortable. Very nice clean bathrooms, offering Korres beauty products. The lounge is warm and welcoming. It's a short walk into the village for food, and the 2 restaurants served delicious meals. There's plenty of walks in the area, and you can drive easily between...

We arrived last minute at this hotel in the middle of a storm and it was a warm haven. The manager offered us the last room and made up special beds for our children. There is a lovely sitting room with open fire and the whole reception area has a very nice feel to it. The hotel staff were very...

This is a very nice hotel with a great location (for Stemnitsa) and free parking that you can use without bothering with the tiny streets of this town. It has a great lounge and nice but somewhat small rooms. Our room had a great built bed and although it was small, it was very nice overall. Its weak point was...

Trokoloneio is located in old mansion close to the cosy centre of the slumbering tiny village. Parking for free at the hotel. Staff – we saw 2 people in three days - is very friendly. Service is what you can expect from a limited staff. The room are rustic with nice ceilings and some have a fireplace. The furniture is...

I spent a long weekend with family a week ago. We all loved the village and the stunning architecture of the building. The interiors were in classical style. We enjoyed sitting in the comfortable armchairs and sofas by the huge fireplace. I could never desire anything better for a cloudy winter weekend on the mountains. We had a junior suite...

A warm and cozy chalet located in the cutest village of Arkadia, Stemnitsa. Trikolonion gets many points for their services- the people are friendly and amazing. They made us feel like home. The room was quite small with the negative of NOT including a fire place, which I think is a must for a country club located in the mountains!...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
There were four impressive masonry buildings of the 19th century. The main one had served at times as a Girls’ Boarding School, an Agricultural School, as well as a hotel. Country Club renovated the buildings, joined them together and created one of the most beautiful “family” hotels in Europe. 14 rooms, and four suites of refined character and excellent aesthetics reflected in every detail, give their own unique meaning to the word hospitality. Hospitality, which we, as the new hotel management since 25.01.2013, we aspire to provide our guests. Following the Country Club tradition, Trikolonio couples elements of the local architecture with classical and modern references. The decoration is complemented with authentic lithographs and engravings by artists such as Tsarouhis, Fasianos, Mitaras, Moralis, Galtemis and Pantelias. The pictures at the living room space: “Stemnitsa by candlelight” and at the reception room: “the Olive Tree”, both are by Nalbantis. The hotel is adorned with engravings by Kamarinos. Public spaces have been lined with solid wood. The rooms have been decorated in three colour tones, while the suites carry unique ornamental characteristics. ... more   less
