Had a lovely 3 night stay - we were made very welcome, the breakfast was beautifully cooked and served promptly. We stayed in a garden room which was very clean and well equipped. Not modern but the friendly welcome more than makes up for it

Good sized rooms, not the most modern in decor but spotlessly clean with good amenities . Wifi signal good (the code is on the door key fob to save you going to look for it) . Very friendly staff from check in to dining room made us feel really welcome, would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here four times and popped in on one or two occasions when visiting Romney Marsh for a walk, and we just can't recommend Broadacre more highly. The welcome one receives is so warm and from then on you are looked after so very very well. Nothing is too much trouble and as for the breakfast served by...

We arrived for a one-night stay at about 8.30pm and were given a warm welcome by prop. Phil Smith. They had had a cancellation and we were upgraded to room 4. The bedroom was of a good size and that and the en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bedroom was to the front of the building but we were not...

We stayed for two nights at Broadacre B&B in early August as we were visiting a friend in the area and decided to make a weekend of it. Prior to our visit I exchanged emails with Lynton and he was on hand when we arrived. We booked room 5 which was a very good size, overlooking a residential street. The...

Quaint. Old, creaky floors but not annoyingly so, and many walls and floors on a slight angle. Had the four poster room (Room 4). Spotlessly clean room and bathroom (c/w shaver socket - you don't even get those in a Premier Inn these days). Spacious. Comfortable. Quiet (one road back from main road) even with the sash windows open and...

This was our second stay at Broadacre. We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival and were given the room that we requested in the eaves of the building. The accommodation is furnished to a very high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The building is set back on a street parallel to the main road so...

Great location. Comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Lots of original character in the rooms and lounge areas. Ideal if exploring around the Romney Marsh. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and takeaways.
