Lovely quiet park with great spots to walk your dog. Yes it has changed ownership but definitely not for the worse. Still nice clean amenities, and the pools are lovely. I'm sure with time this place will be booming! Get the Cafe going with burgers and a bit more choice. Get a liquor licence if possible to cater for those who wish to purchase an alcoholic drink from the fridge. Overall a pleasant stay and worth coming back for. New owner is polite and friendly.

The new manager is very rude and disrespectful. They have no customer service skills at all. The lady I spoke to on the phone was abusive towards me and hung up on me. I’m the past we would take the caravan there at least twice a year and had a great time. This time however was different. The pricing is outrageous for a powered site, they were going to charge us $460 for 2 nights. Hot springs is in the middle of nowhere, not a destination holiday! It’s only going to be a matter of time before this business goes under unfortunately due to extreme price rises, poor management and lack of respect for anyone willing to want to go there. My whole family is very disappointed with the whole situation, as a result we will never go back. We live in far north qld and consider ourselves to be local. It even took 11 times trying to call for them to even answer the phone. Don’t recommend this place at all and my advice is forget it even exists. …

We were only a day couple visiting the hot springs. It was good to be able to access it but unfortunately only had a brief time there because they closed the hot springs pools for maintenance. We were just passing through. So came back the next day on our way back. The water is very hot. I couldn’t stay in it for more than 15 min at a time.

Unfortunately with the last change of owners the atmosphere has gone. Stayed in budget room $105 for a couple, one packet of biscuit and a water bottle for two people. The room doesn't have access to water apart from going to the camp kitchen to get water. They no longer have utensils, cooking pots, plates to use when staying in the room. So unable to cook anything up for dinner. They did advise that they have limited fried food for dinner to purchase. A big missed opportunity to utilise the kitchen with some decent home cooked roasts etc. The room had a new TV in it but no free to air programs you had to use your own WiFi, unfortunately they are in a Blackspot for a lot of carriers. If we are paying for a room we should not have to wash and dry cups, put garbage in outside bins, make room up to and condition as we got in. If you didn't follow that they could charge $100 per hour to do make up the room. Outside pool spas do not work and the pool temp can be hotter. Inside pools are adults only but there was kids in there as it was warmer water. 3:30am the cleaner goes through and clean the amenities but doesn't understand how to do it quietly. So after an hour we could get back to sleep. The rooms, amenities and 5 out of 6 pools are not disabled friendly. …

Very friendly staff, suitable facilities including hot water, air condition and kitchen. Secure, quit and neat environment, perfect hot springs with a variety of temperatures. An ideal base for travelling around. Only thing I am not satisfied with is no online services like booking, that means I had to call many times to get through the staff for consultations and booking . Besides the tap water became yellow after rainy days before. I am not sure if anyone else takes it seriously.

Rooms were basic, but clean & tidy. Hot pools are great, very relaxing. But a busy little spot! Esp. In winter school holidays! A great family fun, friendly relaxing oasis in the outback! Natural hot spring creek is amazing out here in the middle of nowhere!

We did not stay at the caravan park, powered sites were all taken, however we made the drive from where we did stay to try the ‘hot springs’. $10 per person. When I purchased our entry I was given no information, apparently there are actual ‘hot pools’ in the park. We made our way down to the ‘hot springs’ which were basically dirty puddles. We put our feet in (after nearly tearing them to shreds on the rock bed) and nearly lost the skin. Would not recommend going there, was annoyed we paid $20 to wet our feet. Not a pleasant experience.

This is the 2nd time I've been to Innot Springs. Nothing much has changed in the 2 years since my last visit. I understand that the place is under new management/ownership since 2 months ago. The surrounding area around the pools could be kept cleaner, eg. swept/pressure washed. The water pools with varying temperatures is a great option, however they would also require a good drain and pressure wash on a regular basis to remove the slimy floor and wall areas inside the pools. The water was not nice and clear but looked dirty with dead skin looking particles floating in the water. The day I was there they had a complete power outage from around 6.30pm. I went to bed around 10pm and everything was still dark. This place has real potential with some cleaning and some love it could be great. …

Nice hot pools of different temperatures. We visited as part of a group bus trip day out to celebrate an 80th Birthday. Toilets were being cleaned whilst we were there. No charge for a couple of people who did not want to swim. Camping on site for those wanting to stay overnight

Great Two new stay camping at Innot hot springs. New owners were friendly and welcoming. Facilites were the cleanest we had seen in our 5 times staying here. Love the improvements the new owners have made. Definitely now more child friendly. Camp fires allowed a nice quiet stay.
