We came with a total of 10 people which included 2 children. The rooms were much larger then we expected. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did not know they were like that in the booking or we could have shared rooms. They were not very clean and very sparse. The rooms were outdated and looked as if...

The hotel is located a good 5minute drive off the main road. Its pretty isolated and dated to be honest. The staff are off course professional and courteous. And the service provided nothing short of Japanese "omotenashi" We booked a package for their family room and found that their rooms are very spacious. For a family of 5, we had...

Very disappointing. The room was non smoking and stunk of heavy smoke. We booked a double room and got twins. When we asked about this, we were told that it was booked out. We booked 6 months ago. Westerners are not treated well

We stayed in a Junior Suite at Fuji Premium and it was absolutely amazing, well worth the price!! Dinner is reasonable price for a hotel and a great buffet selection! Hotel shuttle service made for seamless travel from the hotel to the station and vice versa. Definitely recommend!

This hotel surprised us as we checked into it on Dec 23 for a two-night stay, our booking came with a complementary breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. It delighted us as the meals were deliciously yummy with an excellent variety spread. We were surprised by a full view of the Mount Fuji while enjoying a hearty breakfast in the...

Was travelling with a group of three friends picked this hotel due to availability. We were put in a standard room, located in the old wing of the resort. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. With nice views of the resort grounds (unable to see mt. Fuji due to fog). The shuttle service into town was helpful....

Stopped by this hotel's restaurant for a quick lunch on the way to Mount Fuji. The bus tour " Hato bus tours" apparently chose this place as part of the trip to yhe mountain. Had three options, fish, chicken, or vegetarian which happened to be pasta with marinara sauce. Fish was a little dry, but the cherry tomatoes and onions...

Your review on this platform is much appreciated. This "Fuji Five Lakes" area is blessed with very clear water and it makes foods nicer. Our resort has huge land and some type of rooms, we look forward to your next visit soon. Regards, English Support Team

Great experience all due to the shuttle driver Aoko. This guy picked us up and not only took us to the hotel but ensured the restaurant stayed open for us, while watching our bags and then drove us to our room, and oh and upgraded us to a mad room by the way. Just when I though that was it...

Me and my partner booked this hotel as a relaxing one night stay as we were planning to visit mount fuji. We were staying in japan for two weeks in total visiting a relative therefore we were set up to sleep on the floor for this time. Due to this we were looking forward to specifically using the spa facility...

We visited Fuji Premium Resort for a nights stay for visiting Fuji mountain. The travel from the nearest railway station is by expressway going to Tokyo with a diversion. The weather is fantastic and we saw clouds coming into our bus while travelling. We visited as a group tour of Kesari Tours, Mumbai on 30 May 2016. The rooms are...
