Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

we booked the panoramic view at this property. When we checked in we went straight up the room and found the cleaning "guys" still cleaning. the floor was wet and smells. bad first impression. although we book the biggest room they could offer. the room has nothing better than a normal hotel room. nothing impressive. the room does not give you any nice view to the sea.

Make sure if you book the large rooms on the top floor that you are happy to walk up one flight of steps. The lift only goes to level 7 and the large rooms are on level 8 with a walk up the stairs. The hotel is in a nice location, the staff are nice. Make sure you have someone Thai with you as the night staff know little English. We had rooms for our Thai relatives and the only thing to note was they got single beds when they should have got queen beds like us. The pool is nice, quaint, small and relaxing. They have a vending machine that sells beer, soft drinks etc which is handy when a first develops. The vending machine only takes coins and the staff are happy to change notes for you.

Stayed here on the weekend for one night with my girlfriend. This is a nice and new boutique hotel about 1km from the beach. We paid 1,300 baht for a 1 night stay including breakfast representing a 200 baht promotional savings. The staff is friendly and helpful. They greeted us enthusiastically upon our check in and gave us a delicious welcome drink which I asked if I could have more and they immediately gave me another generous glassful. We went swimming in the small but attractively decorated pool and relaxed in the afternoon. Our room was modern and the bed large. Initially we had problems with the aircon which were immediately addressed by the hotel staff. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so big I found it difficult to get comfortable. The breakfast buffet was standard yet sufficient for us. Overall, this was a pleasant stay but I don't know if I would return. There was nothing truly memorable about the experience but again it was a nice weekend stay for us.

Room # 2705 - 1 x Night Stay

Booked via Agoda paying 100% in advance to Agoda via Credit Card.....

Upon Check Out the lady receptionist wanted to charge my Credit Card and said there was a problem.

I had to put her right!!!

Apart from that, the early check in was appreciated.

Breakfast was included in the room rate - usual Thai food buffet in a very noisy room.

Our Seaview room was just that - spectacular water view.

Room were above basic, functional but not Luxury in any way.

No amenities in the bathroom other than small bottled of shampoo and conditioner.

No Tea & Coffee either.

I actually expected better from this hotel being reasonably new and the prices that they charge!!!

We would neither book here again or choose to stay here again :(

We booked for the past weekend on recommendation and looking at a brochure and on line advertising.
On arrival we were taken to our room on 7th floor. Nice view of the smog and ocean over a few jungle plots.
Room size was adequate but decor minimal and industrial. All concrete.
The mattress was very hard and only one pillow per bed, no double beds available.
Bathroom minimally stocked, only one small soap and shampoo. Nowhere to hang towel or rest soap in shower cubicle. Only one towel per guest. Nowhere to hang wet clothes or towels.
The wooden doors have not been varnished and are showing bad watermarking.

Breakfast was minimal, coffee machine broken nobody could fix it for breakfast. Eggs were cold and no bacon or other items normally found.

Very expensive for what we got.
Will not return or suggest others do.

Not a proper hotel, walls paper thin. Teenage kids turning up at all times, swimming at all times. Restaurant in morning like a bomb site. Don't stop here unless you are desperate. Costa round the corner a brilliant hotel. I recomend staying there.

Stayed here 5 nights, hotel is reasonably new and rooms are spacious but beds were hard. Low price but after the first two nights we had to deal with very noisy bus loads of chinese tourists who were slaming doors constantly and shouting without disregard in the hallways.
Chose this place due to location but will not stay here again due to it being a main hotel for chinese tourist groups.

We are a couple with 9 month old baby, ( arrived yesterday) love the kiddi pool for a quick splash, adults can swim as well and the water is clean. Comfortable king size bed is perfect for a family and a good sleep. Very nice and polite staff. Food from hotel ( room service) is delicious. Breakfast have choice of western (break, egg, ham, sausage) or Asian (delicious soup) vege, rice, meat, fruits). Seven 11 is just a km away. 10 min walk. If u flying through Pattaya like us, I will highly recomend this hotel (worth every penny) and to rent own car ( taxi is expensive) from airport (saves money) and the drive is smooth avout 25 min.
All in all we will give this place 5 stars.

I've stayed here twice before for business purposes. The rooms were decent and comfortable enough for a short stay, however;

PROS
- The staff were nice
- It's a nice, quiet place
- Have basic necessities

CONS
- Location-wise, it's very far from many places.
No convenience store nearby, not even a walking distance.

- WiFi is TERRIBLE.
For business trips purposes, this was very frustrating, as I had to continue to use the WiFi in the lobby.

- Ants in the room.
Between myself & my colleague, we stayed in 4 different rooms and found that they had a bit of problem

- No laundry service

- Staff does not speak much English (understandable)
BUT, I called for an iron to be brought to my room, the receiver didn't understand. So I went down personally to the lobby to ask for an iron (and even Googled the picture). The receptionist said they didn't have one (which is not true, because I asked for one during my first stay). And sure enough, the next morning when I asked a different receptionist, she was able to provide me one.

- Food: Very limited choices for vegetarians / people with dietary restrictions
Mostly pork-based stuff (even the porridge were mixed with pork)

In general, I think it's down to preference, but this hotel was just not the place for me, and especially not for business purposes.

Used by quite a lot of Chinese group tours apparently but don't let that put you off.. its 600 meters or so from the beach and a few kms from the charming Bang Sa-re village which is packed with seafood restaurants etc. So many things to do and see in the area as well such as Ramayana water park, Silverlake etc... rooms are bwell equipped and modern, good breakfast... recommended
