Traveling with a group of three. Duplex 2 bedroom pool villa is great. The staffs are so nice and helpful. The environment is quiet. The beach is about 600m away. There will be some delay in room preparation due to covid-19 cleaning protocol.

We are a British couple and stayed at X2 Pattaya Oceanphere for four nights while travelling Thailand. We stayed in the one bed private pool villa and it was quite honestly the most luxury experience we have ever had. We can’t commend the staff enough, they were so attentive and kind specifically: Nine, Kwan, Exe & Golf. They went above and beyond.
The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the beach where we spent every evening at The Restaurant. Due to it not being located in a city getting a taxi was very difficult. Despite this, staff would drive us there every evening and often pick us up late at night. They couldn’t do more for us to ensure we had a fabulous experience.
On one occasion they were late cleaning our room, and Nine ensured we were compensated for this with a romantic bubble bath, and turn down service as a gesture to apologise for the inconvenience.
We would absolutely go again. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet stay in a luxury villa this is absolutely for you!

Second time here and this place didn't let us know. We stayed in 2 beds room and the villa has more space than expected.
Living room is very comfortable with sofa and lots of chairs. Fully furnished kitchen and well decorated in overall. Plenty of water bottles and complimentary ice bucket.
Shower room is a bit small, found yellow water sometimes if we use the tub, but mostly it's ok.
Pool area is the highlight, very private and relaxing. Could chill out with music and drinks (but the second visit we got the villa right next to the lobby, would hear some buggy noise and people walking pass by. Better to ask for room far away a bit) They provided floatable bag which good but it was a bit torn out. Pool is big enough to bring our own flamingo inflatable :)
Breakfast was awesome with free flow champagne ! Overall for food quality is vey satisfied. Staff at pool bar is very friendly, view from there is very nice.
Locations is also good, 5 minute driving to 7-11 and less than 15 minutes from the floating market, Tiger park and attractions, the best way to travel is private car.
Highly recommend for couple, family and group of friends, would definitely be back !

After checking web sites and self important reviews I booked 3 nights at X2 oceanphere villa’s supposedly at Jomtien They were expensive pool villas at over 7000 baht per night so one would expect excellence How wrong can one be ! Let’s start:
1. On Agoda the booking included breakfast and the cost on that site was the same with or without it. X2 had a different code and the female manager chose not to Honour it on check in. Baaad start No apology no offer 2. The position despite its name had nothing to do with the ocean. It was at least a kilometre from any part of the ocean. False advertising by inference 3 signage to find in by taxi was almost non existent. It was at least 20 minutes drive south of Jomtien and literally in the middle of nowhere 4 The villa was next to constant building work from the early hours No apology and no offer to move ! 5 The private inground pool had the filter run 24 hours a day so not eco friendly. It was full of leaves and stayed that way each day never cleaned once. The floating bag for guests was ripped and unusable. Clearly not checked before arrival 6 The gardens were alive with mosquitos and no attempt was made by management to control them. The villa had no insect screens at all and the side door did not latch despite 3 attempts by staff. It was a pathway for insects who merrily came in 7 Dinner is served in one restaurant and to be fair the limited menu was served well and was fair quality. However several dishes ( after ordering ) were not available. For example no avocados meant 3 dishes disappeared. I don’t need to go on 8 Then let’s look at their invilla advertising. There was a welcome letter from the Manager. Lovely ? Except it was addressed to another guest not me. Without comment the staff took it away and that was that !

We expected this place to be more valuable as its price is quite high; however, we felt relatively ripped off and dissappointed about this place. It is pretty far from Pattaya city and its location is in the middle of nowhere ( beach is like few mins away by a free shuttle service). Staff is just okey not super welcoming, and I think some of them might not even know that they work in a hospitality industry.
Anyway, the facilities in our room are quite nice, eventhough there is no clothes rack to hang your wet swim suit outside.
Overall, this hotel is just average and for this price you can find a lot nicer hotel somewhere else.

The mattress is very poor quality, not suitable for the room at this price. The bedding is very thin, thinner than home use! The breakfast is limited to the main course for one time, one western meal, or two Thai options in a small plate and no hot food in chafing dish. Choice of Baker, very poor 1 croissant, 1 piece of danish, so it's not worth the price!

Our luxurious bed linen is made from eucalyptus trees that is as soft as silk and has become so popular with our guests that we have now made it available for sale. With regard to our breakfast, we provide a very unique breakfast experience. As we use only luxury products, all our dishes are cooked la carte to ensure the highest quality freshest breakfast is served. You have the options of a buffet of breads, organic salads, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yoghurts, vegetables for cold pressing and of course free flow champagne along with the choice of a full western dish or two Asian dishes, in addition to this your table is also served a personal buffet tower of cold cuts, cheese, fruits and pastries. The baker we use is none other than Mason Jean Philippe. Should this not be enough for you, you can simply request additional dishes from our staff. The design of the hotel & the room is modern and stylish. The room is very spacious with private pool & small garden in the back of the room. The bathroom provides with all amenities & toiletries. There is both rain shower & bathtub. The drain in the shower is not working very well. The hotel is not by the beach but there is a hotel shuttle & also bicycle provided. Breakfast is nice with many selection of fresh fruits, salad, juices, breads, and coffee. The difference from the others is there is an all-you-can-drink champagne for breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful. Suitable for couples, family, and friends. If you book through the hotel website, there is a 500 baht hotel voucher to spend at spa or hotel restaurant. The food at the restaurant is quite good. If you wish to spend time at the beach & swim in the sea, this hotel might not suit your desire but if you wish to spend time in the room & enjoy the private pool. This hotel is a good choice.

I highly recommend this resort hotel. Each room has its own private pool, and the hotel offers excellent and authentic meals. Additionally, you can upgrade your breakfast to a "floating breakfast" where you can enjoy your meal slowly in your room's pool. For lunch and dinner, you can choose a poolside BBQ option, which costs around 1900 Thai baht but provides ample portions. The massage therapists are also highly skilled, comparable to those in external spas. Although the hotel's location may not be very convenient, taking around 30 minutes by car to reach Termial 21 shopping mall, if you truly want to enjoy a vacation, this hotel fulfills all your requirements. Most importantly, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, specially the restaurant manager - Kwan. He is a very nice gay and very helpful. Moreover, he loves to talk with us, listen our opinions and to improve the service. I would choose this hotel again for my next visit to Pattaya.

Overall the hotel is great! The room is very pretty and the beddings are literally the smoothest and silkiest bedding I’ve ever tried, which makes our stay very comfy. Special compliments to the bell boys King and Kung. They are so nice, very helpful and very professional. They literally helped us everything. The hotel breakfast have various options too, and the restaurant manager Kwan even gave us a complimentary farewell drink which is very sweet. A little incomplete is that we tried to book the hotel’s spa, however they only have one therapist in the whole spa. But overall it was a great stay.

The room is beautifully designed, modern and very trendy. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay, right from the check in to the checkout. I loved the way they care about the need of guests, it's not easy to find a villa that has private pool, and they even prepared the pan for the kitchen... I always wake up late in the morning and can not go for breakfast on time, I was determined to call room service and pay for the food, but no, they brought the breakfast they had to my room with full salad, youghourt, fruit, tea, coffee, seafood porridge ,omelet, croissant, milk... with a service charge of only 200 baht. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the service which was very friendly, quick and helpful. A small suggestion so that you will become even more wonderful, that is to upgrade the quality of the towels, they should be a little thicker and whiter, that would be fantastic. By the way, well done guys. I will be back for sure and thank you for very lovely thank-you gift!
