It is a really nice, family-run resort. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful, we felt really comfortable. It is definitely recommended. You can get to Pattaya and the beach quickly. Breakfast was very lovingly prepared and you could also order warm Thai food for breakfast. Great!

Very nice vacation in January 2020. Stay in a villa plenty of green around. Quite and nice. Stay now several times and will come back again again and again. Highly recommended. Friendly owner and staff.

I don't want to repeat the other good reviews other than to say this place is perfect. Everywhere the grounds are kept spotless. But best of all I really liked the location. Very quiet village/residential area. Easy to find with gps and short walk/bicycle ride to town and beach.

The staff is wonderful and the grounds and rooms are pristinely clean and beautiful. The rooms are equipped with large flat screen TVs with many English speaking channels. Transportation is available for a small fee to local tourist spots and is close to several great beaches. Many terrific areas nearby with great food.

We found this jewel after checking out five or more places with beach location, but, half the charm and double the price. Owner managers are there and anticipate your every need. Free WiFi and a gorgeous pool with spa jets. Huge rooms with flat screen TV and nicely tiled baths. A new place, but owners make you feel at home, even lend bikes free.

Due to the location it is very calm and laidback, ideal if you want to recharge your batteries. You have a market in walking distance, where you can try all sorts of thaifood and fruits. 7-Eleven’s are also not far. Room and restroom was very clean, nothing to complain. Good western breakfast. Highlight for me is the garden! Really like an oasis.

This is a very nice place located in a quiet residential area of Bangsaray, about a 5-10 minute walk in to town and restaurants. Nice, clean big rooms and with few even bigger bungalows. Comfortable beds.
Lovely pool and garden. Very nice and tranquil.
Nice welcome when arriving to the hotel. Very friendly.

We had a perfect week in the new property in a bungalow with pool and garden view. Very clean rooms and super friendly staff and engaged owner made our stay very comfortable. Great delicious breakfast nearby the stunning pool made our good start in the day. In walking distance 10 min to the beach. We will come back!!!

A nice quiet place in garden,charming swimmingpool,the owner give us the motorbycicle for free to drive to the beach.a relax place for stay and quiet.we was here for 4 days.the owner have helping me fast by a big problem,by leaving the hotel i forgot my passport.he have sending me the passport to ko samet,one day for arrive.Thank you so mutch!

Very friendly staff, that do a great job taking care of everything you need. A nice quiet place with lots of green, bangsaray is great if you do not like the busy pattaya. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, facilities are great. Pool has a jetstream 😊 and many sweet animals walk around. We highly recommend them!
