Great place to be pampered and feel that the staff is doing its utmost to help and ease the day/night. The service is warm and natural which is the most important thing. Ms Hamide Demiral does a great job to keep matters ticking smoothly and she is passionnate about it. High marks to the team and for making our overall...

This is an incredible hotel. I don't give an easy "Excellent: to a hotel, but "Excellent" is not enough for this hotel. You could visit Cappadocia just to see this hotel. After a day of site seeing of cave living of ancients, what makes it even better than to live for a night or two in a cave like theirs,...

There are a million (give or take) cave hotels in various parts of Cappadocia, Turkey. Most of them look claustrophobic and bare. This one is exceptional. The rooms (only 21) are spacious and well decorated. The staff, starting from Ms. Hamide DEMIRAL are fantastic, helpful, gracious and will do anything needed to make you comfortable. Prices rare reasonable, even in...

After the density of Istanbul, we came to Cappadocia and stayed in the cave hotel. The room was lovely, the staff helpful and we felt transported.

I thought I was prepared for the Gamirasu, after reading the reviews here and checking out the hotel's website. But nothing really prepares you for the reality of the location, for the incongruity of living in a cave and yet enjoying a glass of wine and wi-fi on the Terrace. Sure, there are other cave hotels around - we saw...

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Gamirasu, Hamide (the GM) and the rest of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Hermide and her staff made us feel if we had reunited with old friends. I have to agree with another reviewer that nothing was too much trouble - from Hermide making recommendations before we...

I was in Gamirasu Cave Hotel, last week with for a Vacation. The hotel was not only able to meet our high expectations, it exceeded them. We had booked one of their 'Cave Rooms' and Hamide (their GM) went the extra distance to provide us with a personalized itinerary that showcased Cappadocia best. The hotel and even the vegetarian food...

A real experience in a small Turkish village...you could stay in a bigger town but I would recommend charming Ayvalli for a true rural experience. The hotel is well run, efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable but can get a little cold. The restaurant serves great food..loved the wines, breads, kebabs and Turkish omelette.the swimming pool just...
