The staff at this mid-range hotel is really friendly and helpful, the location is central and convenient for visits to the historical monuments, and the rooms are basic but comfortable and kept impeccable by the room service staff. We visited in the hot season, with temperatures around 38 C / 100 F, and really appreciated the pool. It's well kept...

Basic hotel located very close to all the monuments. The rooms are OK (don't expect too much), a basic bed and bathroom is semi-clean. The staff is friendly and are always ready to give you all the information you need.

We found Mammala Heritage to be a very good hotel in terms of the service provided. However, we were a bit disappointed with the rooms, as they do not feel fresh and new. The furniture seems to be from the 90's and does not provide facilities like hot water kettle and tea bags. The bed is not as big as...

Very good, responsive, intelligent and attentive Reception and restaurant staff. The hotel is well located for the town and sights and once inside the hotel area it has a quiet and calm atmosphere, with a courtyard. If you are a pool user, we noted the pool and surrounding areas were clean and regularly checked. There are a lot of tours...

Nice modern room, very clean and cool. Friendly welcome. Breakfast was fine, good choice. Lovely pool, let us use it for the afternoon after we'd checked out. Couldn't find any pool towels though. Would certainly recommend and visit again.

I stayed for just over a week which was longer than intended but I was impressed by very friendly staff and good facilities. My room was modern and very clean and represented good value for money in a tourist town that keeps upping its prices every year. Surprisingly quiet given its central location. This would be my preferred choice for...

Really enjoyed our stay here as the rooms were comfortable and everything was within easy walking distance. Restaurant was okay but nothing to write home about. They did promote free yoga in the morning but we had to track down the instructor.
