Nivant-- the only decent, clean 3 star hotel near Kaas. Though the bathrooms need a total revamp, the hotel is reasonably well kept, the staff is very warm, welcoming & ever ready to help. Vegetarian food is also pretty good, though they could improve their breakfast menu in terms of variety. Overall experience was very good, special thanks to the... More

The rooms are cosy with good view of satara city and near to Kaas plateau. The hotel provide buffet breakfast typical maharastrian style. The rooms in the monsoon give damped feeling. Great stay with very beautiful morning and night view of the city. situated at little distance from main city. Peaceful and scenic stay in rainy season (sept 2016)

I was looking for a decent hotel in Satara, on my way from Pune to Khanpur and I ended up in this property, by chance. A nice welcome in the reception; all the staff are quite helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and well appointed except bathrooms which need attention of the owner. I got a room in the... More

Perhaps if you are visiting Kaas Plateau, you do not have many options for stay. Nivant is a good option if you are willing to put up with the poor service, lack of cleanliness and bad management. The rooms were dirty and unclean and the blankets looked unwashed for many years. The bathrooms were dingy with poor lighting and it... More

We had stayed here for 1 day during monsoon season (16th Sept, 2016). While phone booking when I asked for the Non-AC room I was provided with the AC room. When I checked in the hotel I was provided with the room (Room No. 104) on the first floor which I see is mostly given for non-AC accommodations which includes... More

Amazing view from the rooms. And I had visited this place twice. If you are trying to book in summer no need to book AC room cause weather from table top is awesome. Great food. Great stay. Breakfast was ok

After you navigate the Satara city traffic and begin climbing the road to Khas, God's creation takes over and you just can't praising God for this beauty in form of trees all around, fog kissing them and you and the residents displaying their happiness. But the property is not worth mentioning at all. Lack of service, badly (mild word) managed... More
