We wanted something different this year with lots of peace and quiet and no crowds, but still enough to do to keep the kids entertained. We got just that from our week at Kielder Lodges, the place itself is beautiful with great views and a lovely calm tranquil feel to it, however there are enough activities going on to keep...

Stayed at Kielder in Northumberland in log cabin plus hot tub, it wasn't as good as we had been lead to believe yes it's a pretty place and the views are fantastic, but where we was the sky at night wasn't as dark as we hoped, whether it was the close proximity of the lodge next to us or the park...

Grandma, Grandpa, Mum, Dad and two small people had a great holiday with something for everyone, including learning how to be a Musketeer! All staff were fantastic with the kids. The cabin was spotless on arrival and easy to tidy up when we left, and the on-site shop and pub/restaurant were fantastic with loads to choose from. Self catering is...

Stayed at Leaplish Park. Great facilities, enjoyed an early morning swim each day. Great walking and cycling routes. The lodge was comfortable if a little tired, but very clean. On site shop provides basics at reasonable prices, but you will need to take all supplies to self cater. Did not eat at on site pub/bar but drinks inexpensive. Recommend Magicians...

I visited here with my partner and our two dogs, we stayed in the Hadrian Superior with the hot tub. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect, peaceful and blissful break! The lodge was perfect with a double room, twin room, bathroom and kitchen living area, all perfectly good sizes with great amenities. There was nice clean bedding on...

Stayed at Lewisburn Exclusive lodge Mon-Fri and what can we say.... Amazing. Loved it and will return in the Winter. The lodge was beautiful and the rear was completely secluded and the hot tub was not over looked. There was no noise what so ever. If you want peace and tranquility, then you've got it here, pet. Our only little...

Dont get there early, made everyone wait till 4 pm for keys to the cabins..but the cabins were great, we had Swallows nesting above the veranda, rabbits everywhere, loads of birds coming for scraps.. If you love outdoors, wildlife, peace and quiet, no wifi unless you are on EE, no phone signal except EE...boating, beautiful scenery, good food at the...
