We chose this B&B as a one night stopover whilst travelling from Wells (Somerset) to Cornwall. We wish we could have stayed longer! Ann & Phil were terrific hosts. The room we stayed in was spacious & well appointed. The en-suite bathroom was amazing! Highly recommended.

We had a large bedroom/dressing area/bathroom which had been totally refurbished to a high standard. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, nice welcome from Ann and Phil together with helpful advice re evening meal etc. Breakfast was excellent, location good for visiting the north devon coast and Exmoor, what more could you want!

We stayed one night in April 2016 and found Lynn and Phil great hosts. Lovely room with en suite bathroom and a big comfy bed with great views over the moor. Great breakfast choice and Lyn recommended a local pub called the Hunters Arms for dinner which was an excellent choice. Great value for money and we would return tomorrow...

We stayed for 2 nights in October . It's all been said before but I can't think of anything that could improve the experience of staying in Ann and Phil's bed and breakfast. We stayed in Lundy room - a beautiful room, with comfy bed, it's own dressing room and an enormous bathroom. We have no hesitation in recommending this...

This was a return visit. This time we took our grandson who had come over from New Zealand. He had work to do to complete his University studies. Ann & Phil graciously made a room available for him to use his computer. Wifi was free. We are completely satisfied with the hospitality offered by our Hosts. Breakfast was sensational with...
