Each room is like a 1 bedroom apartment with a private full bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The A/C was great! (Even though the owners give you a bit of a hard time about using A/C.) Pool was amazing and the guys working the espresso bar at the pool are awesome. It's about a 10 minute drive to any of the restaurants/activities, so you'll definitely need to have a car there. We were there with a large group for a wedding and it was perfect because it was like we all had our own little apartments in this complex. The only thing we really had issues with was the mattresses being quite old and uncomfortable.
I do not like having to write an other than glowing review of any business, but feel compelled considering the overnight rate of this hotel. On the positive side, there is a lovely pool and the Lake region is absolutely wonderful for food, tourist attractions and relaxing walks on the water. The residence itself is lacking in many ways. WiFi is only available in the reception area so don't expect to be able to log on from your cabin which is a short walk away. We did not find the owners particularly helpful or friendly, and although we tried out our limited Italian to communicate, we didn't get far. The shower was terrible, vacillating from hot to cold and although we complained, nothing was done about it. The two single beds were also very small. We did get clean sheets and towels throughout our 5 day stay (even though they smelled strongly of vinegar). Breakfast was very average consisting of pure packaged sweet buns, Coco Pops, etc however there was yoghurt and cold bread available. The facility seems to double as a school so there were cute kids running about during the day. There is plenty of parking but you will need a car to get to any of the lakeside towns from here. I would not stay here again, but I would certainly come back to Lake Bracciano.…
We stayed for three nights and extended it another night after seeing the place. Beautiful location, great big swimming pool (just bring a swimming cap girls as you are not allowed in without one) and serene setting. The owners were super sweet and always willing to help with directions, restaurant recommendations or whatever you needed. Breakfast was typical for Italy but for the price of a night's stay could have been better. Only wish there would have been wifi in the rooms as it was only available in the lobby and it tended to be very loud in there at all times. Also make sure to ask for the A/C remote as the rooms are very hot in the summer if you can't control the settings. Overall a nice stay.
This is a small hotel that provides small villas to the guests. The villas are very small and basic and although they are clean, the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are of poor quality. For the air conditioning, really necessary in the summer, you need to go back to the reception and ask for the remote control. They don't provide it, or mention it if you don't ask. Breakfast was quite poor also. The swimming pool is nice although there's a sign saying you shouldn't swim if you have sun cream on and ladies must wear a swim cap. I wouldn't stay here again if I could avoid it.
